While our first experience was positive (tasty and had even given us a charitable discount), this year was incredibly disappointing. We booked the truck for 1.5 hours to support a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Due to lower-than-anticipated turnout, attendees stopped purchasing ice cream around the 45-minute mark. Despite us having booked the truck for the full 1.5 hours, the operator decided to leave early on his own accord without asking our input on it. When it came time to settle the payment, we had to pull funds directly from our charity collections to pay the full booking fee (which is fine except communication with this company grew increasingly difficult and we only had a check for the full time amount not knowing if his charity event fee would be lower then the listed price). We asked if we could pay at a later date since we were only at the half time mark, but the operator insisted on being paid immediately, telling us that he would 'remember' to give us a break next time. The day after the event, we reached out to see if he would honor that 'break' by applying the 45 minutes he didn't work toward a future Teacher Appreciation Luncheon (where he would still be making money from individual sales). He refused, insisting that because we booked two time blocks, we must pay for both, even though he chose to leave our event early. It is disheartening to see a vendor take funds directly out of a charity's pocket and then refuse to honor their word regarding a future credit. We will not be using this service again.

It is located on the 4th floor of Palisades Center Mall, near Target, right outside where IHOP used to be. It is a small kiosk that serves Ice Cream and Italian Ices. They have a realllllly cool Ice Cream machine that mixes powder to Vanilla as it comes out. At least I think it is a powder, it could also be a liquid... They have 12 different options, I choose Banana (My Favorite!), the guy hit some buttons on the panel, and turned the handle, and my ice cream came out yellow lol! It was kind of a swirly White and Yellow, id say about 80% yellow, and 20% white. I got it in a cup. I don't like cones anymore, too messy lol! It came in a nice little cocktail cup with a wide top and narrow bottom to avoid as much leakage as possible. It was a very soft cream, and it did not melt fast at all. All in all, a great cup! I gave a few spoonful's to my kiddo, and he loved it as well. My wife got Rainbow Ice, and she enjoyed it. It was the same Ice that you get at Pizzeria's etc. Nothing crazy special. It also came in the same cup. Both were $5 each. We seemed to start a line, because after we paid, the line was 8 people deep! When we got there, we were the only ones there lol!
