My husband raves about Rize but I have never been! The weather was decent and since there was a big wait for indoors, we sat outside in the sunshine, even though it was windy, cause I was hungry! We had a great server who was so polite and conversational. Our food came out perfectly the way we wanted and quickly. We even had several other staff members (other servers, a manager too) come check on us. My husband said his Traditional Benny was delicious! I was feeling indecisive so went with a combination of starters and sides and ended up with a buttery, flaky biscuit with the most yummy fruit jam to go with it, peppery bacon and a hilariously looking crispy potato cake. I am soooo glad I made it to Rize for breakfast! I tried to go to the Ironworks location off of 86th street, but there was an hour wait!! My coworker and I met here for a working session over breakfast, and it was delicious! The potato waffle was excellent!! The side of fruit was fresh as it can be and tasted incredible!! The service was excellent!! Our server took very good care of us. The coffee was very fresh and it is not easy to find good coffee at a restaurant. My coworker loved the eggs Benedict dish as well. The ambiance is wonderful and inviting to the customer. I would come back to Rize in a heartbeat because the food is wonderful and the service is impeccable. I would definitely recommend a reservation because they get super busy during brunch hours! I started with a hazelnut cappuccino and it had the perfect amount of sweet to espresso. Then ordered the traditional eggs Benedict and YUM! Their English muffins they serve it on were honestly the best I've ever had. It comes with a side salad with a light vinaigrette and it paired perfectly with the eggs Benny. You can sub for fruit as a side of salad isn't your forte of a breakfast side. After some serious contemplation, I ended up getting the mushroom toast to eat and the Pomegranate + Ginger Fizz for my beverage. The toast was delicious! Unfortunately, the Chicken Melt sandwich ($14) was among the worst restaurant sandwiches I have had in the past decade: uncommonly chewy (hard) bread, with a "tasty" cheese, and weirdly chewy (gristly) white chicken meat. I love the pop tarts, they're homemade and have a nice soft flaky crust with edges that are a little more crispy. I also love and hate that they change the flavors frequently. I wish they would keep some that are standard and always available and then have some rotating flavors. I've had the strawberry pop tart and the pineapple pop tart with the caramel drizzle. The eggs Benedict is good and the crispy potatoes are yummy. The chia seed pudding is amazing! I've had the cinnamon roll before, and it's not the best. It's more dense than I prefer. My party was told to expect a 45 minute wait on a Saturday morning around 11am. We were supposed to receive a text when our table was ready, but when we didn't, we went back into the restaurant. When we were finally seated, the wait staff gave us complimentary cinnamon rolls and poptarts to compensate for our time. Our orders took about 20-30 minutes. RIZE is very nice for the brunch aesthetic... I'm not quite as sure about the value for your money and time though. I was excited when I got the text to meet at Rize for brunch. I had heard good things about it and I like trying new spots. They were busy but we were able to get in pretty quick. The menu was interesting but I felt like it was limited. I wanted an omelet but they only had 2 omelet options-- veggie or chorizo. I decided to get the farm egg breakfast. Scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, English muffins, and crusted potatoes. The English muffins was the best I ever had-- you could tell it was made in house. It came with a fruit preserve that was soooo yummy. It was worth all the carbs! The eggs and chicken sausage was really good. I thought the waitress said it was roasted potatoes so I was surprised when I got my plate. But I tried it cause how can you go wrong with potatoes. Well this one was wrong....it was salty. I tried it a couple time but I couldn't finish it. It came with some red sauce on top I couldn't figure out what it was. It didn't have a lot of taste so maybe it was a housemade ketchup. My friend had several issues-- 1. Her mimosa glass was dirty- they replaced it 2. Her order was wrong - they fixed it 3. Her 2nd mimosa glass had a long hair on it-- at this point she was done and didn't want a replacement. My other friend had to remind the waitress that she had ordered some coffee--- she had eaten most of her food when she finally got it. So I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement. Service was amazing. It was our first time there and I did not realize they closed at 2! I apologized deeply and offered to pay for our meals so we could leave. The food is definitely different. It's not your typical hands on meal like your regular BLT or sloppy joe. My chicken sandwich was an opened sandwiched and you had to basically use a fork and knife to eat it. If you're looking for simple finger food, this is not the place. BUT if you enjoy trying new foods and checking out a chic restaurant that is a little fancy, please come check this place out. A menu with something for everyone and fresh ingredients. So good. We started with the fresh squeezed OJ (always) which quite honestly makes it hard to drink any other orange juice after that, and some coffee. I opted for the veggie omelette with Rize salad and my mom ordered the waffle with whipped maple butter. My omelette was so full of flavor it was ridiculous; so packed with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese and the show stopper was the olive relish on top. And as always the Rize salad makes me wish I knew the recipe for that dressing. Perfect amount of food. My mom said her waffle was " heavenly". The service was lovely. Always a good crowd. This is my first time at this eating establishment and all I can say is, it was delicious! We walked in and were immediately and pleasantly greeted by the host. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, we were immediately seated and greeted by one of their wait staff to take our drink orders. We started out ordering a cinnamon roll. It was so large it could have fed 4 It was a brioche cinnamon roll with an orange glaze. The glaze had a hint of orange and cut the sweetness nicely! I must say , it was delicious. I then ordered a custom Benny Sandwich. The sandwich consisted of signature beef patty | bacon | tomato jam | white cheddar | avocado purée | over easy egg | hollandaise | English muffin. I customized it to have my eggs on the side along with the avocado purée and no hollandaise sauce. All I can say it was amazing. It came open faced with a beef patty on each English muffin with bacon, tomato jam, and white cheddar. They graciously scrambled my eggs and put the avocado on the side. The eggs were also of large portions and delicate texture. The serving were so large that I took most of my meal home The restaurant was clean and bright. Great atmosphere. I was so excited about my food at the restaurant I forgot to take a picture at the restaurant but managed to take one at home of the burger patty and scrambled eggs . I'm in town for a work retreat and ran across this gem of a place. I had the Benny Burger which is an amazing array of flavors. Tomato jam, avocado, hollandaise sauce. AhMaYzing. Siblings got the Kidz Bruchable. They said pop tart sides were hard, eggs and bacon were ok. Dad and Granny got the benny. They said it was a bit bland and needed more Hollandaise sauce. While the start of this breakfast experience was horrible with Janet as she rushed us into choosing our meal and drinks without sharing any recommendations or answering any questions directly and kept pointing us to look at the menu, the manager Michelle (hope I spelled it right) quickly corrected course for us and gave us excellent recommendations while satisfyingly answering all our questions. This is by far my FAVORITE breakfast spot in the Fishers area. My boyfriend and I come here every Sunday for our morning breakfast and the consistency of each dish is unreal. Everything here is made from farm to table so it is extremely healthy if you are trying to be a little bit more health conscientious. They have a wide variety of items on the menu, which makes it sooooo hard to decide on what you want. The staff here is consistently friendly no matter how many times we stop by to visit. I have never had a bad encounter with anybody there. Everyone is respectful, kind, and very accommodating. The hosts are so patient and try to be as punctual as possible, especially during the morning rush. Nick is a host at the restaurant and every time we visit on Sundays, he makes sure that we feel welcomed and valued as customers EVERY TIME! They sell both breakfast and lunch items on the menu.
