We stopped in using our Chase Priority Pass before a flight out of GSP. It's located upstairs in terminal B. There's a small bar, 3 TVs with sports events, and a few tables to eat. You can either order out or eat in. The food menu is limited to hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, some appetizers, and a few desserts. The beer menu is good. My DH and I ordered the beef patty melt sandwich with chips and sweet potato fries. There was 1 server and 1 cook so it may not be the right stop if you are in a hurry you may want to skip. read more

This was much better than I expected. The prices were cheap for airport food. I had the nachos as well as the shrimp. The shrimp was not my favorite but it was decent bar food. My colleague had the wings and they were awesome. My next visit to GSP will definitely include this sports bar. read more

I'm reviewing as a Priority Pass member, so $28 of credit. I went on a Sunday evening at 6PM. It was crowded and there was only one waitress but she was doing a good job. My food (chicken fingers - $10) came quickly and the local beer was reasonable in price ($7 for 22 ounces). The food was fine quality especially for the price. You can see on previous reviews of mine I can get pretty worked up over bad service at airport restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised for a small airport to have a nice, reasonably priced option. A quick stop before your flight, RJ Rocker's is the place to be. They have about eight drafts on tap, and several look to be the normal beers they offer along with several seasonal beers. They also offer food, but most traveler's come for the beer. My favorite is the Son of a Peach, which has a distinct peach flavoring in a wheat ale. I don't know why you would come for anything else, but they do offer domestic beers, wine, and liquor as well for the non adventurers. Nothing fancy, but a nice change from the typical airport bar. read more

The employees here are the farthest thing from professional. I've been multiple times and each time I have to chase somebody down to take my order then again to get somebody to run my bill. Not only are the servers slow and incompetent, they're also rude. Today one was eating a rice Krispy treat behind the bar, listening to headphones, talking about how she would rather be in "one of those massage chairs sleeping" as I was sitting waiting for somebody to process my payment. The concept is great - the execution, not as much. For sure, you will have access to delicious craft beer! The food was okay - not memorable (didn't take a picture) - a cheese steak which was better than buying a cold sandwich in a plastic container elsewhere. Not sure the open kitchen is such a great idea. The servers weren't the best (we were tag teamed) and just seemed to be going through the motions. I really wanted to like this place, but it was absolutely insane. I sat myself and noticed at least 3 tables dirty, which is fair in an airport between flights. I had to got get the server's attention to get a menu. She was the only server on duty and clearly was overwhelmed and this place was understaffed. I asked for a beer menu and she said they didn't have one that we could just 'look.' When I told her that I couldn't see what was on draft, she just said that the brown ale was out. I then had to get up and leave my stuff unattended to go look at my beer options. Once I finally ordered a beer she had no clean dishes and it took several minutes to get my beer. At this point, I just wanted to leave, but really wanted to eat dinner before boarding the plane. When I flagged her down, she brought me my check and I said, "Oh I can't order food?" and she proceeded to tell me she didn't have a chef right now and listed off all the orders she just got. She then proceeded to walk and start cooking herself. I had to wait 20 minutes to pay for my single beer and flag her down again. There were 4 ppl in line and 10 people sitting. I hope this place gets better because the RJ Rockes in Spartanburg is fantastic and this is really not representative of their brand, service or food. I travel from GSP fairly often (once or twice every month) and have eaten here many times. The food is outstanding for an airport grill of this size. There is one lady waitress (older woman in her mid to late 60's) who is the most crotchety, obnoxious server I've ever had. She's been there for some time and always manages to frustrate those she serves. She is argumentative, difficult, and unwilling to do the little extras that make for great service. Why they keep her I do not know! Will be my last meal at this restaurant! It's a shame too, because this could be a very nice place! read more

And we had to open our own champagne bottle because she couldn't open it. Holy shit, the rest of the staff just sits spectating. Yeah, 5 stars. Such a great surprise getting diner quality breakfast in an airport. Egg white Omelet with real eggs, fresh veggies and bacon was thick and crispy. It's a big work out day so I finished it with a couple of pancakes and they were hot, fluffy and delicious. Even the coffee is good! Service was excellent, nothing like SC ladies. There were about 6 people in line for an early morning flight. When she returned, she was too engrossed in something to even look up or acknowledge the patrons.
