Confirmed the appointment this morning but changed the location because our kids are home, sick. No problem for The Dent Guy! He arrived a bit early, super pleasant to work with and had my dent corrected in no time. A total pleasure. Going to follow all of this up by saying that I do have a local body shop that I like. They do great work and I've never felt overcharged. Downside is that a trip to the body shop means that I'll be without my vehicle for the day while it's being worked on. For the price and convenience, The Dent Guy will be first on my list when my vehicle suffers more dents next time!

On top of that, he was very rude and dismissive on the phone when I asked basic questions about scheduling and the process. I wouldn't recommend doing business here unless you're comfortable paying upfront with no clear plan and dealing with poor customer service.

these crooks need to be investigated by authorities/ police what they do is straight up robery…read more they destroyed my vehicle. 2 small dents were to be taken care of and a touch up on another spot. i asked, can you get the job done and done correctly? oh yeah, said one of the two bufons. i said i do not want any over spray on any part of the vehicle, and also i want the paint to be a correct match to the vehicle's paint code. no problem they said, we use the vehicle's vin# to match the paint. i get a text message saying, we are done. okay i said, let me go grab payment. when i pulled up to where they did the job, i thought these morons were playing some kind of joke. they destroyed my car!! i called the cops and they took off before they showed up. i wish i could post pictures of the "job" they did, because no one in their correct mind would have these thieves and hacks touch their vehicles. people do not use this company!! you will be disappointed and pissed off. i'll see you in court for sure.
