Excellent service! I've had my car repaired at another Mike's Auto Body before and while they did a great job, the service at this location went above and beyond! Dina, Nino, and Nick kept me informed weekly about repairs done on the car and made the whole process as smooth as possible. On top of that, the repairs on my car were done sooner than anticipated! They also filled up my gas tank for me since I was running low on gas. Hopefully not any time in the near future, but would definitely take my car here for any future repairs. Our insurance recommended this shop to take our car for a front end damage. We are glad to have chosen this shop amongst multiple lists. From the start, Nino greeted who was super friendly. He made sure that we get a constant update on the progress. Never once we had to call to see when we are getting our car back. He was always a step ahead of us. Super easy obtaining a quote, schedule for dropping it off and repaired so fast I needed to ask them to "repeat that please" over the phone. I just dropped it off you sure it was repaired? Dina is at the front desk and is cheery and very competent...helped us get in and get out, both dropping off and picking up. This facility is now Crash Champions and no longer Mike's Auto Body. After the adjuster had a chance to look at the car, they quoted us a date that it would be ready. That day passed and they said it would take another day. The they said it would take another day. When the car was done, I had George, the manager, confirm that it was complete and that he had checked it out. He confirmed that everything looked great. When I got there, there were two blemishes in the paint that were way obvious. Also, the panels did not match up. Their attention to detail was not acceptable. This is not the Mike's Auto Body that I was used to in the past. We have been going to this location since it was Gil's Auto Body. I will not be going back to Crash Champions period. read more

He was knowledgeable, thorough, and walked me through the whole process of the repair. Having your car fixed is one of those things that you dread, but I felt comfortable through the whole process. AMAZING SERVICES! I got into a car accident a couple months ago, and after filing a claim with my insurance, they connected me with Mike's Auto Body shop where they were super friendly and accomodating. Since I also had renters insurance, the day I dropped off my car, they were kind enough to call ENterprise(which is down the street) to come pick me up and go arrange for my rental. They also kept me updated through text about updates on my car and if there were any changes for pick up date or changes with pricing if some new damage was found after estimate. The day I picked up my car, they also allowed me to leave my rental car at the shop and they would call someone from enterprise to come pick it up without me having to go back and fourth!
