While Costco is sometimes a little cheaper, appointments often don't start on time, tire installation can take quite a while, and the tire selection is fairly limited, especially when it comes to all-terrain tires. America's Tire made the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. I ordered my tires online and received regular email and text updates throughout the process. My tires even arrived a day before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, there were plenty of customers waiting, but they clearly prioritize customers with appointments. I was checked in right on time, my vehicle was brought into the shop about 10 minutes later, and the new tires were mounted and installed in roughly 25 minutes. From check-in to completion, everything was done within about an hour. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely understood tires. There was no pressure to purchase unnecessary warranties or extra services, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a great tire selection. I would definitely recommend America's Tire Dublin to friends and family, and I'll be coming back for my next set of tires.

I ordered my tires a full day in advance and was told I would receive a call the following day when everything was ready. That call never came. I had to call the shop myself, and I was then told they would contact me the next morning. Once again, no one called, and I had to follow up myself. On the day of my appointment, I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM and was told it would be ready by 4:00 PM. I never received a call. At 5:30 PM, I called the shop and was told they didn't know which tires to replace and that they had left me a voicemail. I couldn't find a missed call or voicemail on my phone. Had they actually reached me, the work could have moved forward much sooner. I was then told my car was already on the rack and would be completed first thing the following morning. Once again, I waited for a call that never came. I eventually called the shop myself and was told they had just finished. When I asked why it wasn't completed first thing as promised, I was told they were busy. When I asked why no one had called to update me, I never received a satisfactory explanation. The manager maintained that a voicemail had been left, and we even reviewed my phone together while I was there, but I still couldn't find a missed call or voicemail. Rather than acknowledging the repeated communication failures, the conversation focused on defending that claim. The shop also declined to perform the lifetime alignment I had previously purchased because of the condition of my rear tires. If that's their policy, I respect their right to make that decision. However, that should have been communicated proactively instead of after my vehicle had already been kept overnight. I understand that delays happen and schedules change. What I cannot overlook is the repeated lack of communication. At every stage of this experience, I was the one who had to call for updates. As a returning customer, I expected better communication, more realistic timelines, and greater accountability. The manager stated that a labor discount had been applied. While I appreciated the gesture, it did not feel like it adequately addressed the repeated communication failures, missed completion times, and the inconvenience of having my vehicle overnight. I'm not leaving this review because of a delay--I'm leaving it because of the repeated lack of communication. A simple phone call at each stage would have prevented almost all of the frustration. I hope this feedback helps the business improve its communication with future customers.

I went in to find 2 young guys working the counter, which I later found thier names to be Luka and Ben. Ben was the one that I interacted with the most and he took a look at my tires and assessed the issues. Now I will say that the price they quoted me seemed higher than normal, granted I have some EV tires that costed more, but it did still seem excessive. I opted to pass because I think Costco has tires for much less but he still sent me out to have Luka check all the tire pressure and made sure I was safe to drive home. I just appreciate the kind service because I've run into some young gentleman Z'rs that just never seem to care and for a guy that thinks customer service is dying, they gave me hope.

I was able to take the car in an hour and half earlier than my appointment. At the end , It took 4.5 hours to get two wheels on my car. I was told it would be 2 hours. The employee called me at the time it was suppose to be done to say they just got an update on my car. An hour later the car was done . It should not take 4.5 hours on a weekday morning to get two tires ! Especially, I was told to bring it earlier than my appointment. I would expect to be earlier to be repaired when you tell me to bring in my car for the tires .

She was helpful, friendly, and made me a same day (actually about a 45 min) appointment. I got a text confirmation, and then a text with a request for confirmation that I was on my way. Cool. I get to the place, and as I'm walking in, here some Tyler to greet me. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be the recipient of this kind of service. But, he was looking at me the entire way and said he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Sweet. He explained the tires, service, and here I am sitting in the lobby waiting for my tires. It's just some tires, but the whole experience from start to soon to be finish was smooth, quick, and efficient. Most importantly, it was appreciated.

    My Spare Almost Fell Off On The Freeway! I've always had…read moregreat experiences with America's Tire, but that changed recently. I went in and purchased four new tires for my SUV, and upon leaving I found that my tire sensors weren't operating correctly. They said that would clear itself out, probably within the next hour or so. It hasn't and now been a couple weeks. In that time I've also started to hear a rattling in the back of my truck like my spare tire is loose. Never have had that happen in 35 plus years on the road. Upon Investigation, I found they had rotated the tire, but never tightened the lug nuts on the spare tire. One of the lug nuts had already worked its way off, and was gone, and the other two were hanging on by a couple of threads. This is really inexcusable on their part. This is a simple checklist process thing. Guess I need to check the wheels on all four corners too. You sell tires. If one thing must be drilled into these people it's the criticality of tightening form the lug nuts!!! Being fast is great for sales, but it also has liabilities. Please double check the work on your own vehicles whenever worked on.
