Once I met Rich, he inspected both the front and rear brakes and explained that the front brakes were actually more worn than the rear--and that both truly needed replacement. Rich was very accommodating and respectful of my schedule, completing the work while I waited. He also took the time to show me the condition of the old brakes, rotors, and sensors and walked me through everything he found. His assessment was spot on. After finishing the job, he even showed me the new rotors and gave me recommendations on how to properly break in the new brakes. Rich provides the kind of excellent, personable customer service that is rare in many businesses today. But because of the escalating repair costs at the Dealership, I researched Precision Auto Repair and its knowledge specifically with Honda and Acura Vehicles on Yelp. I spoke to Keven over the phone, and after conferring my concerns and the necessity for a number of issues to bring my vehicle up to service, Keven stated he would write up and estimate and send it via email. Later on in the day, I received a detailed report via email of all the issues that needed to be addressed. These coincided with most of the issues on my list with a few added. Pictures and estimated costs were included with this report. After going over the repairs with Kevin, I brought in my vehicle the next day. After several days, all the work was completed, and the price was very reasonable. In October, we paid a $1,600 deposit to have a rear differential replaced, followed by a final payment of $2,804.12 on November 25th. When we picked up the vehicle last week February 11, 2026 (yes they held our vehicle for months), it was still making the exact same noise as the day it was dropped off. We immediately did a ride-along with their own mechanic, who confirmed the issue was still present. Because they were entirely unable to fix the vehicle despite being paid in full, their mechanic explicitly stated that if we took it to another shop, Old Town Auto Care would refund the cost of the repair. We took the vehicle to a second, competent shop. They completely repaired it and confirmed that the rear differential did indeed need replacement, which was the exact work Old Town Auto Care charged us over $4,400 for but utterly failed to perform. We returned to Old Town Auto Care with undeniable proof: the new invoice, the actual old part, and a letter from the second shop. Despite their blatant failure to do the job and their own mechanic's verbal promise, management is now outright refusing to issue the promised partial refund of $1,900. I have included pictures of my credit card charges from Old Town Auto Care as well as the invoice form the different competent shop who confirmed and fixed the problem as proof. They will take your money, fail to fix your car, and then refuse to make it right even when presented with hard evidence of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid Old Town Auto Care at all costs.

However, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope this review can serve as a reference for other customers. We came here based on a friend's recommendation because our tire had a nail in it. Unfortunately, our experience was very very disappointing. The employee at the front desk had a poor attitude from the start. He told us that he needed the key to inspect the tire because he would have to drive the car into the service room( I said we can drive it in but he still say no) . In reality, it seemed like he could have simply taken a quick look to determine whether the tire was repairable. Since we don't usually carry our Tesla key with us, we had to drive home, get the key, and return. When we came back, he drove the car from the parking area to the front of the building--not into the service bay as he said before. At that point, we couldn't help but wonder why we were asked to bring the key at all, since we could have driven the car to the front ourselves. He got into the car, checked the tire pressure, and immediately told us the tire needed to be replaced without even inspecting the location of the puncture. We showed him a photo and explained that the nail was not near the sidewall. He briefly glanced at the picture and insisted that it was. When we asked if he could at least take a look at the tire in person, he refused and said it was "not repairable." The car was parked right outside the door, yet he would not even walk over to inspect the actual puncture. We found this extremely frustrating and difficult to understand. After leaving, we went to Costco. The employee there informed us that they do not repair Cybertruck tires, but he said that the nail was in a repairable location and that the tire did not need to be replaced. He recommended we to visit America's Tire instead. We then went to America's Tire and repaired the tire successfully, saving us from having to purchase a new one unnecessarily. I would strongly recommend America's Tire instead. Their staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to inspect the tire before making a recommendation.
