A colleague of mine recommended I go to this place to get work done. It was pretty minor but the guy on the phone said he would look at it. It turns out the guy on the phone and at the front desk when I arrived was the owner. He told me to pull my truck around and after quickly disassembling the door he fixed the stuck window issue with my truck and put everything back together. It was maybe 45 minutes worth of work but as a business owner myself I can appreciate when people drop everything to take care of an immediate need. He didn't even tell me he was the owner until we finished but when I found out he proudly showed me around his impressive shop with lots of high end cars, talked about the insurance work he does, and also shared with me a project he is working on with a custom car building team for SEMA auto show. I left impressed by such a friendly business that I can see clearly knows what they are doing and excel at it. One other thing. I asked him if he could fix my mismatched door locks and he suggested an easier, faster, and cheaper alternative which showed me this shop is putting their customers' best interests first. read more

My mercedes's engine splash shield fell and dragging, making noises when driving. Called my usual auto shop, which specializes in German autos and is quite nearby, told me they can only see me 2 weeks later even though it could be a simple screw-on job. As it's my only car waiting for that long would only possibly further damage the splash shield, so checked yelp's reviews and called Supreme Auto, I'm very glad I did. Pierre took my call around 3:30pm and offered to have me come by immediately, but we both agreed to instead do it first thing the next morning. Upon coming in Pierre looked at my car immediately and fixed it, all done in less than an hour, fortunately the splash shield was still relatively ok and can still be just screwed on, but the same definitely won't be true if I waited and postponed like my usual auto shop suggested, which then could've cost me dearly; this is all thanks to Pierre's willing to help! I'll definitely come back for my car's next services. BTW, they're located at the southwest corner of the square, not to be mistaken with Supreme auto film on the north side. read more

My car got some scratches at the rear bumper, Supreme AutoBody was 2 minutes away from my house, therefore gave them a try. The person I spoke to (I guess his name was Tommy) was extremely communicative and polite, and explained what bumper repair was about and the costs. Plus, I was also told how to use touch-up paint from the dealer. My car was hit on the rear door and can not be closed. I met Pierre at the Autobody. He did a detailed check and quickly found the issues. He recommended to change the hinge only instead of the whole door for reasonable cost. I was asked to drop the car after the parts arrived, Pierre and his team Brayden took the priority to fix it since I need to drive the next day. The car is perfectly repaired on the same day. I had the best experience, Mario and Tommy are awesome they are super professional and easy to deal with, these guys treat your car as if it was theirs, not like a production shops. They fixed all the dings/dents and scratches all over the car and all of the rock chips on the front, the paint looks show quality now, the Clear coat looks so beautiful like a mirror, had them install new headlights, backup Camera, after the beautiful paintjob I had them put my decals on my trunk & hood. Unfortunately I've had a few accidents in the last 12 months, and was introduced to Tommy through a good friend of mine who works in the Mercedes service department at the dealership I have my car serviced at. From the moment we were connected, Tommy immediately rolled out the red carpet and treated me like family. Auto accidents are never fun - from dealing with insurance, figuring out how to get the car to the shop, dealing with rental cars, etc., and in the past I've found myself having to chase down folks over the phone just to get updates on the car. Tommy essentially took all of this off my plate, including the communication with my insurance. Plainly stated, he makes the entire process quite effortless on my part. Now that I know Tommy, if I get into a little fender-bender, all I do is send him a text and within an hour, he sends out a tow truck and when he's done, drops the car back off at my office. I've worked with Tommy a total of 4 times now, and every experience has been better than the last. I'm hoping I don't need to call him again any time soon, but it's comforting knowing that I now have a solid connection with a body shop I can trust. Tommy is passionate about his work, he is very communicative throughout the repair process, and always over delivers on his commitments. I have worked with other, big name body shops in the past; since I've met Tommy, I would never take my car anywhere else and I refer all my friends and family to him.
