(There's even the telltale square in the flooring when we move the rug.) We had no idea what to expect or what was the "right way" to fix it. Enter Chris. He came in and gave us a more-than-reasonable price quote and had a plan for everything (even how to puppy- and child-proof the new floors a bit). He and his crew were professional, efficient, courteous, tidy, and delivered an amazing product in a very quick timeline. My husband now wants to redo the entire house with Chris!

I now have seams showing up, so it looks like Frankenstein's scars. I have been trying to get someone to call us back, with no luck, maybe this will get the call back done. They did a good job on the kitchen's luxury vinyl flooring, and we have friends that like their work. I will not give anyone their number until our carpeting has been fixed, I do not know what can be done to fix this trouble. I think they do not want to call back, because the carpeting needs to be replaced. They were not the cheapest company we did get quotes from; we are both very disappointed in the "work" that was done our house. I have to wonder if the cheaper company would have done a better job.

The laminate flooring they installed stared cracking, splitting and breaking off. Frank sent a rep from the flooring manufacturer who came in to inspect. He later told Frank that the house was settling and that was the issue. He refused to honor their lifetime warranty. Steer clear of this company and the sales rep Frank Agrabawi. Save yourself headaches and money. I would never recommend or use them again.
