He was recommended by several neighbors and I could not agree more! Wael has provided service several times. First I had him out to remove a random water line that was running off of the washer hookup. The hookup was beyond corroded and no longer needed, so he capped that off for us as well. He did a brief inspection in the house and noticed that our sump pump was no longer functional, he replaced the device and cleaned out the pile of garbage that was stuffed in the hole. We also had him upgrade and add shut off valves to the water line to the fridge. On another trip, he changed out an original toilet on our second floor, such an upgrade over the previous model. Price was lower than a lot of the big names and included him providing the toilet, 12 month work/toilet warranty and removal of existing equipment.
