El día 28 de mayo de este 2024 voy a ver un Volkswagen Passat 2015 que estaban vendiendo , lo reviso como cualquier persona que no sabe nada de autos , para mi en ese momento estaba todo bien , solo cuando abri el capo del motor para revisarlo , la barrilla que sostiene el capo no funcionaba , y me dice el señor David que fue quien me atendió que el me iba a comprar la barrilla y que se la iba a cambiar , todo muy amable en ese momento , bueno comenzamos hacer todos los papeles para hacer la compra , yo salgo 2 horas después con el auto para mi casa . A los 2 días de tener el auto se enciende una luz en la pizarra junto a los relojes de miden la temperatura y la gasolina , el auto daba tironcito hacia adelante cuando le ponía la directa cosa muy rara y mala a la ves , el cristal de la puerta derecha no cerraba totalmente , cuando intentaba cerrarlo , bajaba de pronto solo , en el maletero no podia poner maletas porque el piso no estaba ,tenia el cover de color negro pero no se podia poner nada sobre el, la herramientas para cambiar una goma pinchada tampoco las tenia , y para colmo el día lunes 3 de junio iba para mi trabajo y de repente se paga el auto , tuve que llamar una grúa que me cobro 100 dólares para llevarlo para mi casa , me pongo en contacto con el dealer y les cuento todo lo que esta escrito aquí ,el miércoles día 5 vinieron hasta mi casa y se llevaron el auto , quiero aquí destacar que el señor David no quería que yo trajera a un mecánico para que le hiciera un diagnostico al auto , ni yo tampoco quería traerlo por que eso lo tenia que pagar de mi bolsillo , y además ya les había pagado 2000 dólares de entrada , ya no estaba para mas gastos , quiero que sepan que después de ese día ya ellos no me trataron de la misma manera , que paso después que se llevaron el auto ? nadie me llamaba, nadie me decía nada , como a las 2 semanas una tal Yohana me manda un mensaje diciéndome que era la manager del dealer donde yo compre el auto que necesitaba hablar conmigo, como dos días después la llamo y me dice que ya sabían el problema que tenia el auto , resulta que tenia la bomba de gasolina dañada y que ellos pagaban la mitad y la otra mitad la pagaba yo , Uds. se imaginan semejante estupidez de esta señora ,este dealer se dedica a comprar autos en las subastas , y no se que tipo de revision le hacen a los auto que al menos a mi me han vendido un pedazo de chatarra y financiado, es inaceptable lo que me han hecho , los 2000 dólares ahora ellos me dicen que no son reembolsables , que los perdí , a todas estas ellos tienen el auto desde el día 5 de junio , hasta el sol de hoy , así que imaginen con quien están tratando.

SUCKER PUNCHED WOW…read morewhere do I begin. So, I have bought many cars in my time both new and old and really was caught up with this one! So, let's begin, I saw a car on CarGurus and really liked it. I decided to check it out at the dealership and noticed it wasn't a big box dealer but a small business dealer. I really liked this car so I thought I'd check it out anyway. Upon arriving I saw the car in the parking lot talked with Moises and took the car for a test spin. I honestly hate when a dealer has to go with Ya for you really don't get to check the car out in detail as you like. However, it was a nice ride. So, after we took it for a ride, I decided I wanted it. So, I filled out paper work and had to wait Before I left, he said don't worry these keys are yours. First mistake never make a statement like that to get peoples hopes up which I did and then the letdown. I was denied! I was shocked being that my car I bought 5 yrs. ago was almost paid off and my credit was in mid 700's and low cc bills. So, I was very disappointed. However, in a few days I received an email from CarGurus about selling my car online and they offered me $5925 for it and I was shocked. So, the dealer only wanted to give me $700 for my car so I snatched it up and called Moises back to see if car was avail and it was. I told him the good news and we set up a time for me to come and purchase the car. Ok so here it begins, the nightmare! So, they work with a bank online and I practically had a script of what I had to say in order for the deal to go through. This was my first ummm moment. I gave the dealer $3500 as a down payment on a $9000 car. I had to wait to be approved by this online bank so I had to wait again. So, I left and when I got the call from the bank, they told me they could only finance me a little over the $7000 mark. So that left an amount that I would then have to pay again on top of the $3500 i already gave. I was upset because I was told this was a done deal with no issues. So, I agreed to it with the understanding with the dealer I could pay it in installments and he was like oh sure we work with Ya. So, I went to pick up the car of which I told him I would be there at 9am when he opens and he was 45 min late. I had to then wait for the battery to be jumped which was told to me because it had been sitting for a while. Finally, we were set. I left the dealership and realized NO GAS! Really it was on E. I had to fill her up, the car wasn't washed or cleaned either. Something I am used to having done when I buy a car. I got home and the battery died! I called the dealer and they said they would get someone to help me out. Well, I tried to jump it only to see that this battery should have never left the dealership. It was so corroded no wonder why I had an issue. So, the car windows were open and a dead battery and now it's raining. We waited all day long and nobody came. After numerous calls he personally came after he closed the dealership at closing time to come and replace the battery. I then was in the process of moving only to never get my registration, he never took pic of old plate that was transferred so I have been waiting for it and then he tells me I need to take pic to send to him so he can send registration. Really? So, I had been waiting all this time for nothing and now the paper tag is only a mere two days away from expiring and now I can't drive the car. Then I was given the message of having to pay 50% of what I owed and then in two weeks another payment. I was like we discussed this and I was told I could have time to pay off the extra that he failed to add that I was going to have two payments on this one car. It's been very upsetting. I then had an oil change because I was getting ready to move and luckily, I did because it was dry no oil which cost me over $135, then the wind shield washer sprayer failed to work and now the check engine light is on! Now I was told my sticker for the expired plate was being held ransom until they got the payment before they would mail it out. Seriously! I have never in all my life experienced this If you plan on buying here check everything out!!!!!!!!! Everything all the nuts and bolts for they are just selling cars and don't care about those customers that are left stranded due to their ignorance! I for one will never buy a car here again. Worst experience I have ever had and I have bought numerous cars in my past! Oh, and the pic with the dealer I never received. I also was told due to our inconvenience I would receive a gift certificate due to the issues, needless to say I NEVER RECEIVED ONE! Lies, lies, lies just to sell a car. Just another used car sales man. Go with a better dealer! Don't get pulled in by his niceness and were here to help you attitude and not like other dealer crap, they are all the same- SUCKER PUNCHED here! I'm also not one to typically leave a bad review but I'm hoping my situation can inform others of what they could experience when dealing with Nexcar. I purchased a vehicle from Nexcar and was able to pick it up on April 1st. I received a call the day before informing that the rear door sensor was faulty and that they wanted to fix it before I picked up. I had no issue with that and thought that was great customer service and appreciated the transparency. The seatbelt buckle was also missing the plastic casing. I was told that would be fixed as well. When I went to pick up the vehicle the seatbelt buckle was not fixed and was told I could call back and schedule a day to get it fixed (again no problem). When I was almost home (I'm about 45 mins away) the rear door sensor came back on, the one they said they fixed. I reached out to the sales person who I had dealt with from the start and he said to bring it by but I explained I wanted to come back when the belt buckle came in so my commute was more efficient. He said no problem and he would let me know when the part comes in. About a week later, no follow up was returned from Nexcar. I reached back out and the same story of "let me follow up" was made. Another week went by....no update from Nexcar. Followed up once more and again nothing. A few more days go by and he informed by the sales person that he was out of the country and that he was sorry for the delay and that he no longer works at Nexcar. He gave me the number to the mechanic and I reached out to him. No answer, so I texted him my situation and got no response. I then reach out to Nexcar's general number to see if someone else can assist. I finally get a hold of someone and he told me that before I bring the vehicle in that he would gather some information from his peers, look over the schedule, and would get back to me in a few hours. 2 days went by and nothing. So, again, I'm reaching back out to Nexcar and got a hold of someone completely new. Had to explain to them basically everything I mentioned above only for him to tell me to reach out to the mechanic ( yea, the one I mentioned early who never responded to me). I called the mechanic, left a voicemail, to then get a return text asking for a picture of the VIN. I sent a picture and got no response. Today's date is May 10th. Over a month of Nexcar just ghosting me. Extremely poor customer service on their end and in my opinion, they are purposefully not getting back to me. There is no way a business "just forgets" to get back to someone. No follow up from anyone. This makes me wonder what else is wrong with the vehicle. Super sketchy. Don't buy from them.

Drove car around some more and it didn't happen again. When we got back I looked at the brakes. I pointed out the left rear feels scored and possibly warped. I was told its just rust from sitting. Assured the car was inspected. Carfax showed Mercedes of Del Ray went over it. Was assured cars perfect. Next morning my wife goes out to the garage and sees hood touchups in 4 spots under artificial lighting. Took it out and put 50 miles on it Left rear brake was squeaking and I felt something in the peddle. Left rear brake has damage. Mercedes of Bonita Springs is going over the car next week. I'm scared! This is what I get for not being satisfied with my beautiful 23 E450 Coupe. That said the actual purchase aspect was quick straight forward and easy.
