Judy's landscape design--faithful to but not confined by my 80-year-old home's Cape Cod architectural style--delivered an enormous breath of fresh air to the property as well as reducing water consumption needs. Although they consistently showed up for scheduled visits, the attention to detail was lacking. Each visit lasted max ten minutes, and the work performed was minimal--primarily leaf cleanup, mowing, and basic shrub trimming. Weed control is listed as an included service, but this was not done consistently. In several instances, I was informed that weed control had been completed when it hadn't, which I confirmed through my exterior security cameras. Communication was also slow and often unresponsive; I frequently had to send follow-up texts just to get a reply. Ultimately, we have decided to discontinue the service.

Every foreman I worked with (Jose, Ernesto, Hector) was great, and fun; I felt well taken care of. The crews were very courteous and left the job site clean each day. There were several change orders along the way when we encountered an issue, or a nice opportunity to improve something. I felt like I got good advice, a few options on what to do, and the communication was very good. The final outcome is fantastic. Everyone who visits the yard is delighted. Now I just need to maintain it; Noah offers ongoing maintenance contracts (which are separate crews from the installers) if desired.
