He gave me a great quote, that was surprisingly a lot cheaper than I was expecting to pay. They did a flawless job installing the new fender/ adjusting the alignment/ and blending the paint. My husband has needed/wanted his car detailed for awhile so I bought the $129 detailing deal. It was easy to schedule a day that suited me and the car was dropped off at 8:30am, ready at 3pm and picked up at 4pm. Charlene in the office was very friendly and very helpful. The detailing job was great. At first glance I thought the car was a lighter shade as it was so shiny and clean. The light interior leather work really needed a thorough cleaning and now it looks like new. My son Eclipse driver side door was a victim of a hit/run. After i got an replacement door from the junk yard . I looked around but a lot of the shops didnt want to paint it due be tough to match up(since the car paint was not the original color) . Someone backed into the side of my car at Safeway and I had to get my door repaired. Having started a new job in the area I wasn't familiar with the local shops. I put the word out on Facebook to my friends for something close by and a friend recommended RMD. Gave them a call, went in the same day for a quote. They dealt with the other party's insurance company and got me all sorted out. After the claim was approved I drove my car over to leave it for repair, and Charlene drove me to the car rental company. This was after calling rental company three times and waiting 20 mins (they said they were on their way), to find out the driver was only just finishing dropping someone else off, had to go back to office to get my address before coming to get me. I was on my lunch hour. No way would I have made it. Charlene had me there in less than 5 mins. good things: they always answer the phone, great speedy service and kept me up to date on progress with insurance company (which was some weird small out-of-state company) slightly bad thing: their location is fine but the street is teeny tiny and packed full of auto shops. Getting in and out can be a bit challenging weaving around trucks and double parked cars, but it's doable. read more

They were awesome. . They did a really good job with my 2011 Hyundai Sonata it was a lot cleaner and better detailed than I first got the car.. There customer service was Fantastic as well Mrs. Charlene one of the most incredible people I met, is the Office manager she was straight forward and honest and was a joy to meet. She gave me a tour around there shop and man it was nice and well organized. Last but not least was the job they did on my vehicle. i dont know how this place has a high rating. this maybe a case where yelp removes the low rating. i purchased an online deal for car detail. they are not open on weekends so i made arrangements to drop my car off and get to work. they said it will take four hours. i dropped my car at 8am. picked up at 430pm. car was not ready. car was ready at 530pm. my car was so soaked inside. it took took days for car mats to dry and i set those in garage. even though i left my window down my car was left with a mildew smell. there were a lot of areas that were no clean. i think these guys just took a water hose to my car. they said i can bring it back but there is no way i will allow them to screw up my car again. i have a removable cupholder that they took out and didnt replace. i called a few days after the cleaning to let them know i will be back. however my schedule didnt allow. when i called back again to let them know i will be on my way to get my cupholder she pretended she didnt know what i was talking about. then had the f'in nerves to ask was i sure it was in my car. so now i have order another from the dealer. read more
