Lauren was very friendly, professional, and efficient while drawing my blood. She made the whole process feel easy and effortless which was very much appreciated. I was in and out within 10 minutes! I know this won't be everyone's experience as I was lucky to get in during a slow time. However, for my visit, I really appreciated the ease of making an appointment, Lauren's friendliness, and the promptness with which I was attended. It really felt like the staff simply didn't want to do the work and decided to close up early. It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. I said I didn't want a sick person drawing blood from my sick mother and the scheduler changed her story and said that the person wasn't sick, just nauseous from oversleeping and they would arrive at 10: 10??? What does that mean? At 1020, no one has showed and I called onsite AGAIN!! Now the lady says the employee will arrive around 1040??!!! I called OPTUM who is our provider and they said to decline treatment from this company and that to reschedule after this debacle. The rude scheduler was really irritated and unapologetic for me pointing out their failures, took no responsibility for their actions, and claimed they were charging my insurance for the visit regardless. I informed OPTUM of their fraudulent billing intentions since no service was provided and to dispute the payment. I cannot stress enough that this company does NOT deserve your business!
