I found Kimberly after calling 5 or 6 places that were either too expensive for my budget or couldn't accommodate the quick turnaround I needed for my blood work. She was immediately warm and professional, finding a time that worked at a reasonable price: $75 per patient which -although of course more expensive than booking an appointment at a place like Quest- is the most affordable I've found for folks who are unable to go to a clinic. Also, the service was phenomenal -not even comparable to what you get at Quest. Robert was my Phlebotomist, and he was amazing! Quick and pretty much painless, the best experience I have ever had getting blood drawn -a process which no one likes. It was great to work with such kind and professional folks, especially during Covid, when everything is harder and everyone is stretched thin. Was recommended Kimberly from Blood on the Go by another Pasadena mom. A traveling pediatric babies & kids phlebotomist. We paid the $75 fee and she came to our house to draw 3 vials of blood from my 15 month old and I kid you not HE DID NOT CRY!!! Sat on the couch with dad holding him watching cartoons. This was a huge difference from when we did the blood draw on my first child at a CHLA office and they poked him 5 times before getting a vein and it felt like we were torturing him it was so sad. It traumatized me so much I still think about it 2 years later. What a difference. So highly highly highly recommend this service. They have two people that draw on babies. Unfortunately the $75 fee is not covered by insurance but all the lab work will be according to whatever insurance you have. read more

Our little baby had to get a blood draw for allergies and the nurses at the doctors office won't draw blood from kids. Our doctor suggested we reach out to Kimberly and she was incredible. She fit us in quickly and came to our home. Our baby could watch cartoons and have a popsicle and the whole process took 10 minutes. Kimberly was so nice. Damien came to draw our blood today. He was efficient and competent and so friendly! We had three nutreval kits, 2 Labcorp slips plus a urine culture and he handled it all with ease and grace. He even has a centrifuge in his vehicle! Very impressive. He followed up an hour after he left, and called to say he had dropped off and mailed all samples. Highly recommend. read more

It took them two weeks to get back with me to let me know they don't serve my grandmothers area. We communicated here on yelp. The owner answered my initial question immediately and asked where the location was. I messaged several times over the course of two weeks and was ignored. There aren't a lot of these places and I had gotten that first response so I kept trying with the hopes that my grandmother would not have to expose herself to Covid by going into a medical facility. Amazing service! Kimberly is very accommodating in getting us an appointment for my daughter with special needs. She has epilepsy and it's difficult taking her to get her blood drawn early in the morning, especially if we have to do it before her seizure meds.
