Expert level 1st place bike, that Rick helped service and tune
    Brian F.

Awesome shop. I have had Rick and the crew work in a wide range of bikes for at least 7 years now. Always does excellent work, really good at explaining what's wrong, and excellent work at dyno tuning. For any job I can't do myself or too big for me, RnR is my #1 choice in the area

This 2006 2300cc Triumph Rocket III is meticulously maintained by Rick and his team at RnR Cycles.

We, as a motorcycle club don't support RnR. We've had a total of 5 bikes they messed up on and got charged for.

I had some fiery discussions over the phone but when I spoke with Rick in-person we managed to settle them.

Ali & team provided solid and clear communication about what definitely was wrong as well as things I may want to look out for in the future. Got my bike back happy and educated. No one showed up, no calls were answered, and no response to my email until the next day saying they were "closed due to unforeseen circumstances." This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn't fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Quality Staff, Quality Service!…read more We moved to the Sterling, VA area this past June and since the move, my daughter Celeste has been aching to get another motorcycle. She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! My first time here I brought my 1999 Honda CBR600F4 sport bike to have rehauled. I wanted to do a stage 2 jet kit, all fluids, diagnose the electrical system, install a new gas tank, repaint it, replace a front fork, lower it, make a custom bracket for the tail end, and get the bike to pass VA state inspection. I knew the jet kit was out of my capabilities (you have to rebuilt the carbs) so I had Mike Hogarty of Hotrods 2 Hybrids to do the work. Normally, if I were to take this to a dealer it would have easily costed twice as much. I got a quote for just doing the jet kit and it would have been around $600-700. Through Mike, it was just around $300 INCLUDING the Dynojet Stage 2 kit. My total bill including parts and labor was around $1100, which includes everything I described. Now, I also recently brought my 2004 VW Jetta to have a lot of brake and suspension work. I had to replace a front strut, inner and out tie rods, a front knuckle, replace the rear beam, and align it, along with all the minor stuff such as repacking the bearings since you have to switch alot of parts out. My total bill was $1340, and that would easily be 4 times that much if I took it anywhere else. I highly recommend taking your car or motorcycle to him. He used to be a technician for Ferrari of Washington specializing in Lamborghini's. He is also a car guy and understands where the common consumer stands when it comes to auto repair, and the majority doesn't understand how things work. I used to work at Lindsay VW of Sterling and Sears Auto Center, and I have seen just how crazy certain repairs can be cost wise. I highly recommend Hotrods 2 Hybrids. They will work on anything for a very reasonable cost. Bike guys, he does a lot of work on anything from Honda's to Ducati's. If you have an ATV, or a jetski, shouldn't be an issue. Seriously, this is a goldmine on saving money. Check it out.
