I just moved here from Vegas and my requested service for dealing with winter weather tires and wheels was so accommodating and they were very nice ,like a family advice on which will go with my car and even got a friendly discount to accommodate my financial situation. The value of the products looks so amazing and it makes me feel safe for driving in snow . I highly recommend this place and will be coming back to do some upgrades . The price was way worth it and I'm Happy with the outcome. I recommend seeing Gio or the GM Sonia to everyone Much Mahaloz and Alohaz you guyss at RNR Tires

After writing my initial review , I got the opportunity to speak to mark, he is the district manager as well as part owner. Mark helped to resolve my problem and took money off my bill because of the misunderstanding. He was genuinely concerned with the problems that I dealt with. The GM Sonia also reached out to me and squashed all the issues I had with RNR.

I just wanted to say this place was a life saver!!! I broke my neck and tail bone fresh out of the hospital and Sonya was so sensitive to my needs of getting to the pharmacy before the holiday. She was amazing! GEO AND ANTHONY! amazing but I cant compliment John Smith enough. He literally drove is to our car and put the new tire on his own time which was limited. They fixed our broken spare for free. Sonya I actually meet before with rent a center! She is a wonderful caring manager and they all put thier customers first! Price was great! I love RNR. I felt like I was part of a family here. Thank you again to all especially John and Sonya!!! Anthony and Geo!!! Just as amazing! You are in my high recommendation and my new and only tire place! You all rock!!

I visited this RNR Tires Express in Reno, Nevada and I must say, this is the most professional place to buy rims and tires. Randy Reynolds was the representative that assisted me. He was nothing but awesome!!!! He was able to go above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. Not to mention at an affordable price that matched my budget! Huge shout out to Sonia at RNR tires. She got me in and out quick and worked with me, got 4 new tires with $20 down just like they advertise.. Mind you I have terrible credit but that didn't matter because I have a JOB! Give this woman a raise. read more

I bought a set of tires from them and have had nothing but problems ever since I took it to a different tire shop and they told me that the lugs were wrong and that my rotors were loose because of the rims I do not recommend them to work on your vehicle read more

They were able to get my car back to me by that evening with new brake pads and a couple extra maintenance items taken care of as well. He communicated that they could check it out and do a diagnostic and see if we just needed a transmission flush. Well, they got halfway through the diagnostic and trying to drive the car and knew it was a lot worse than we had hoped. Although we did not get the transmission fixed by the team here, I had a very good experience. Shawn was exceptional in communicating with us from start to finish, was very honest and accommodating with helping us out. Because they did not even finish the full diagnostic, Shawn even only charged us half the original price. I would highly recommend Shawn and the team here.

Steve explained that they don't normally work on Saturdays but because we were in a bind, he would call one of his employees to see if he could do our brakes for us. Sure enough the employee came in and replaced all the brakes on our truck in a very short amount of time. We felt that we received excellent service and were treated very fairly with the price. Came in for a flat repair on friday the 26th of September while on my way home to elki. At first I was not impressed, the parking lot is difficult to get in and out of and a little difficult to navigate around so many cars in such a tight place. Once inside everything changed. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the general manager anthony and was asked what brought me in. I explained I had to put air in my tire 3 times from Sacramento to reno and didnt think it would make it all the way home. Anthony walked to my car, checked not just the one that was low but all of them for objects in my tires. Found the nail right away and fixed it himself! He explained he did not have any technicians available at the moment and jacked it up right in the parking lot and had it done in no time. He wouldn't even accept a tip!! Not many manageto out there willing to get their hands dirty anymore. Dont know how you got so lucky RNR but you need to keep this one around!! read more

Heard about their ad on the radio. I called as soon as they opened for a quote on tires. Joe was very kind; thorough and helpful; explained the different tires available for my car. They installed my tires after I got my quote. They offer EZ pay with NO interest for 6 months. Their warranty covers lifetime alignments for the tires and even roadside assistance. They have a clean seating/charging area if you decide to wait while they work on your car. I would definitely recommend this place due to the quick and easy transaction with friendly staffs. read more

Needed 2 front tires and an alignment. After checking everywhere else in town, I decided to check out RnR tires on Kietzke Lane. Should have come here first!!!! Mark and his team are AWESOME!!!
