Service was great, tended to my car very quickly. However, I went for an alignment and still left with my steering wheel crooked. They also only had one type of tire available for my Infiniti, SUPER expensive, and they didn't fill the tires completely with air. Threw my spare in the trunk with no regard to what they were throwing it on, flattened some items rather than putting the tire away in the spare tire slot. Would recommend to check their work before leaving the store. Not sure if I'd return. read more

My son bought a voucher at Groupon for an alignment at this shop and they schedule him after 3 days. I replaced the lower control arm and the toe was a little off that's why i told him it needs an alignment. after he go to shop the mechanic told him that the lower control arm is bad and suspension and every other stuff and they cannot do an alignment. The only things they need to do is adjust the toe but they refused to do so. They cannot do the refund because its 3day passed. paid $60 that cannot be back. read more

I took my car in for an alignment. They gouged 2 of my rims in multiple places right on the face. They tried to tell me i did it. They also messed up 2 if my tires. I called Fransisco, the manager, he assumed no accountability. I then called corperate to no response. It's been 2 weeks. ​ poor service the guy had no clue how to do his job properly. It took them almost 3 hours. While my car was on the lift, the tech was buying pink shoes in the parking lot.. never take your car there. read more

I own a set of oz rally wheels. Went there to have tires put on. They pretend to know about custom wheels but in fact are clueless. My wheels have a hub ring that only goes one way and clocked in a specific direction to the wheel. Plus's they have a type of cotter ring to hold them in place. This shop places the ring on the car. Throws the wheel on and starts drilling it to the car. Now my wheels are damaged. Irreparably so. Thanks. They just hang up. read more

Ordered some tires online and had them shipped here for installation. Calling to set up the appointment was nice and easy. They actually were able to get me in the next morning! Appt was scheduled for 10AM. They started working on my car right on time. They have a nice sitting area and coffee or water if you want beverages. I was in and out in under an hour. And they offer lifetime balance/rotation for the tires. Sweet!! Everyone that I spoke with was nice and professional. A good experience all around! read more

I was a little reluctant to go these guys because I heard they were more on the expensive side. I had purchased new tires from one of the more well known Big brake and alignment garages in St. Pete. and every time I hit 65 mph the steering wheel would start shaking. The mechanic said I needed an alignment then he said I needed to laser balance the tires then he said my wheels were bad. This all started adding up and the problem wasn't going away. I took my car to RNR because I had a feeling these guys would get to the bottom of it. 30 bucks and no more shaking after RNR laser balanced the tires correctly and replaced a hub ring which was the culprit. These guys are professional, courteous and know what they're doing. Highly recommend. read more

I had the worst experience with any "Tire Shop". From the day of installation, which took over 3 hours. Reason, tires never arrived at shop until 2 1/2 hours later than appointment time. All along the manager lying to me that they are having trouble dismounting tires form rims. I bought the story until I witnessed the delivery truck drop off my tires. One day after installation, one of my tires went flat. After inspection discovered leak from valve stem, that was NEVER replaced(1 of 2 that weren't replaced). I could not remove wheel because "mechanic" over torqued lugs with impact wrench to 200psi. Went back to RNR and had to argue with the manager to replace valve stems that should have been down initially. He again lied to cover his mistakes and tried to place blame on me. Short story: DO NOT ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT. You will regret it. Inept, two-faced, inexperienced, low-rate shop! read more
