I went in for a coolant flush. It took over 2 hours. They never even added fluid back into the car! I noticed because it smelled like my engine was burning up when I got home. Super helpful staff who helped us with our truck right before a road trip. They lead us to a waiting room which was airconditioned and quiet with popcorn. This location is in NE Heights just north of Constitution on Juan Tabo and next to Starbucks. Good attitude, clean location, great customer service and competitive prices. Yes, you should consider this location! Realistically, most of us do not baby our everyday cars. And, because of that, coupled with their synthetic blends and complete line of services, you shouldn't expect an oil change service to be less than $50. Used Jiffy Lube to change my rotors and brake pads. I went back multiple times to complain that my brakes were still making noise (they never documented any of these visits in their system ). I finally ended up going elsewhere to find they only replaced one of my rotors and it was hanging on, not even attached properly. Shame on you Jiffy Lube for charging me for a service you only completed 50% of. That's fraud! Warning to anyone considering using them. Go elsewhere read more

I like Jiffy Lube a lot and now rely on them for virtually all the maintenance on my two, older cars. This particular location didn't have the necessary equipment to do a transmission flush on one of my cars, so it was a minor inconvenience to have to go to a different JL for that last piece, but all is good. I very much like the fact that every JL has a record of my cars and knows exactly what maintenance is needed at any point in time. read more

Superb oil change experience! It was fast, convenient and didn't break my wallet! The dudes were very knowledgeable in their breakdown of my service, and I appreciate that they didn't push any extra unnecessary service charges. The waiting room was clean, and they offer complimentary fresh popped popcorn, coffee and a full array of fountain drinks! Last weekend had an emissions test, vehicle passed. Went home to complete registration and noticed that Jiffy Lube entered the wrong VIN number on emissions certificate. Was not able to register vehicle. Returned to Jiffy Lube today so they could redo the emissions certificate and it required that they rerun the test. Manager wants to charge me again for the test and say that vehicles failed to redo test. This is just plain wrong. They did the error and vehicle passed prior test I should t have to pay again. This manager is the same one that got a bit hostile with us last weekend when we dropped off two vehicles for oil changes and the emissions test. Poor service! They also are allowing people into building with no face masks. read more

Likely the fastest oil change I have ever experienced. Under 15 minutes and they changed the oil, changed my wipers, vacuumed my car, wiped down the surfaces and washed the windows. Stellar service. Always helpful in letting me know what needs to be done. Coupons are always available online but since I regularly have jiffy lube change my oil they send coupons directly to my email. Awesome! I stopped at this location for an oil change while driving cross-country in December of 2014. The team was pleasant, quick, and carried themselves in a professional manner, so much so that I felt a little unbalanced at first because I felt the treatment exceeded my value as a customer haha. After I adjusted, I enjoyed the rest of the visit. As you can expect from a Jiffy Lube and many other similar business models like this, a brief diagnostic was performed on the car and some proactive maintenance options were presented to me. I declined, and felt there was no pressure upon me for the sale of non-vital services. It's been almost two months since my visit there, so I can't recall more details covering why this was a good experience. I think it's enough to say that I left happy, so much so that I made it a point to keep my receipt until I could get around to saying something favorable about this location on Yelp. I wish there was a Jiffy Lube of this caliber near me. read more

I called JiffyLube at 5:30PM on Saturday (5/14/22) (1600 Juan Tabo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112 location) and asked what the wait time was for an oil change. The worker said that there is no wait time and told me to go there to get an oil change. I told him that I will be there in 10 minutes. I get there at 5:40PM and the manager told me that they are closing soon and will not be able to give me an oil change. I told him that I called earlier and one of the workers told me that I can get one. I also told him that they wont be closing until 6PM. I asked why one of the workers would tell me that I can still get an oil change when I called. The manager told me that if it was him that answered the phone, he would have told me that they will not give me an oil change because they are closing in 30 minutes. He still declined to give me an oil change. Please change your closing time to 5:40PM because you are not willing to do any services after that time. I just wasted my time driving and calling JiffyLube. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to their horrible customer service. read more

Their employ drivers another vehicle into my wife's car ( his second time we are told) We then have two make two trips from the heights to the west side to have the car repaired and now we get to drive over to the west side again on a Friday at 5 pm to pick up her car. But they were so nice to offer her $20.00 off of over $300.00 service she had done. read more

Really enjoy this location. Staff is very professional and courteous. Been here 3 times now and they always seem to be working hard to get the job done very quickly. They also present the optional services well. Not pushy at all. Just present the options and let me decide. They will top off the oil in between visits too which is a nice extra. read more

This location is always friendly and efficient. The technicians really take the extra time to explain what they will do and how long it should take. They also do an excellent job of explaining recommended maintenance and offering price breaks for upgrades! The facility is clean and well maintained.
