First time here and we were seated quickly. Nice, fresh, large portion breakfast and free refill of coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well as easy parking and highway access.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While it's your typical brunch place it is higher quality with friendly services. Will come again when we are in the area!

Veggie with egg whites omelette no cooking oil, no cheese no potato and dry English muffin. Sound scoring but for me it was PERFECT!

Great service! Great food! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great environment! EVERY TIME! Family friendly, always a welcoming environment for anyone to enjoy delicious food served with a smile.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I failed to get pics this time. My husband & I always get the same things. My meal-Veggie omelette egg whites, no oil (spray instead) light cheese, dry english muffin, side salad instead of spuds (slight up charge) red & green salsa for dressing no croutons. This was not a splurge day for me and I greatly appreciate that the healthier options that allow me to enjoy eating out with husband. Now let's talk about his more indulgent meal. Country fried steak ladies & gents. Smothered in rich white gravy, served with scrambled eggs 2 latte slices of sourdough toast and 2 crispy potato patties. This was hearty meal to say the least. He always polishes it off too bc he enjoys all the perfectly prepared food! The coffee is hot and one of my fav restaurants java options in town. There's always plenty of coffee fixings on the table to Dr it to your liking. I order a mini carafe of milk instead of cream. Again, appreciate the options. We love coming here for a Sunday breakfast or brunch with friends. There's something on the menu to satisfy everyone's tastes. Locals know EW is hot spot and we love it!

Yum yum yum! We came here for the Cincinnati chili li li...we first had it in Orlando a few years ago and this is the only joint that I know of that serves it up. Eggs Works is all over town, I first ate there at their Enterprise location in my younger days (not long ago..) and have never been disappointed, also at their flam/ft apache spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a newspaper menu, that's fine the chooch can color on it and do what she pleases, oh wait they give you kids crayons if you have a little one...cool![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was exceptional and speed was efficient. The chili was great, not dry at all and plenty of food. Price was very reasonable and left with all limbs still attached to my body. Just pay up front and on you go!

Today while volunteering for the American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery program, I had a couple of hours to wait for my patient, so I joined a friend for breakfast at EggWorks in Summerlin. This is a smaller location compared to other EggWorks restaurants, but the experience was top-notch. You can feel it's a place for locals, great ambiance. The staff greeted us at the entrance and we were seated right away. Our server, Tabitha, was friendly and attentive from the start. I ordered coffee with their caramel macchiato creamer, honestly, one of my favorite things about this place! For my meal, I got the classic: two fried eggs with seasoned potatoes and crispy bacon. Instead of the toast, I went for the banana bread muffin, which is delicious. The timing was perfect - we finished breakfast just in time for me to pick up my patient. Great food, great service, and a wonderful way to start the day!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Superrr cute breakfast spot!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], sadly my skillet potato's were EXTREMELY salty I could only eat the toppings. I tried the mashed potato omelette that was a fun item. I'd come back to try other things just sad about my own breakfast. Our waitress was very nice and the menus were like newspapers. HUGE menus lots to pick from.

Holy crap! They have Cincinnati chili and it is legit! Freaking incredible! We got the "5 way" which is spaghetti, chili (not traditional chili but better), cheese, onions, kidney beans and crackers. I'm so happy to have finally found it in Vegas! The staff were super friendly. We had our one year old with us and they made sure to bring her some food out fast so she didn't go crazy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of open space so if you don't wanna hear a wild child, you can sit far away and not be too bothered.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

First time here based on yelp reviews. Huge menu with lots of interesting choices. They have a value menu $13 or less and a 55 and over section. We opted to share the chili rellenos omelette. Glad we shared this 4 egg omelette. Was huge! Cane with their diced potatoes that are not spicy but has a chili flavor. Also go the banana muffin. Waitress said that new customers get a free muffin so we each got one plus our meal. Endless coffee came with a big carafe for easy serving yourself. Nicole was our server and she was attentive and helpful. We will recommend this one!

This is an excellent all-around diner! Our waitress Conception was fabulous... So many great offerings and combinations made it easy to choose a wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and the decorations are upbeat and diverse. They also have a military discount!

Came here for breakfast, I got the works skillet without eggs and it was pretty good. I really liked the green hot sauce and the red hot sauce had a little bit of a kick to it. You can also buy the hot sauce. I got the banana nut muffin instead of the toast and they serve it warm, it was very moist. They open early so it's a great place to meet before you have to go to work. The service was great. The ambience was like any diner. Pretty decent place to take the family For breakfast.

This fabulous amazing cafe is in my neighborhood and I can't believe I have been living right down the street and had not been here. It's a quaint place and during our early Sunday morning visit on Sunday 7/13 it was quiet. We had a wonderful server Samara who was friendly and efficient. Food arrived hot and quick. Samara refilled our coffees and was very great about timing and not making us feel rushed. The menu is HUGE!!! Eggs any way you could possibly think of and some other things with a Mexican twist that I'd like to check out next time. They have some unique items like Cincy chili and egg crepes. There is also a great selection of seasoning and hot sauce for sale. It's got a country theme which we found amusing and an electric train that goes around the ceiling. We loved it and look forward to being regulars here!

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
