Breaded tenderloin and mushrooms... I highly recommend both!!
Jason B.

Still a great joint... hand breaded tenderloin...crispy, moist and flavorful...opted for all the toppings! Bartender recommended the breaded mushrooms, and they just added another bonus to my already high fondness for this place... whenever I am in town I hit up this joint...still on the list!

Medium rare prime rib

The Village Inn was rocking at 6:00pm on a Friday night when we arrived! It must be the place to be in Roanoke on the weekend! We weren't there for the full bar or the music but for the butter fish and the prime rib. Our party of four was seated after about 15 minutes and even though the place was very busy our server did an excellent job and was helpful and upbeat. The prime rib was delicious and rare as I ordered. My buddy had the same and the women ordered the grilled and broiled halibut. The fish was perfectly prepared and the house salad was crisp and fresh! The baked potatoes were hot and fluffy! No complaints from our four top. The bill came to $180.00 with tip but well worth it for a nice out on the town!

Deep Fried Haddock with Lyonnaise Potatoes. Yum!

The Village Inn never disappoints! Their fish is fantastic, both fried and grilled. My favorite restaurant in the area!

Just trust me. The food and service are definitely above board for the Fort Wayne area. Will be tough to match.

The fried haddock is always a great meal, either as a sandwich or a meal. Atmosphere is great as well.

Visiting from out of town. Nice atmosphere, great music, outdoor scene. TVs, bar seating, buzzing…read moreon a Saturday night. Great, friendly , prompt service by Sara W. Nice pour on drinks but they weren't cold enough for me. Near the end of the night hours....Ordered chicken Greek flatbread. Drinks came quickly. Good drinks, what I ordered for food not great but I did request it as it is not on the menu. Parking weird but ample on the sides and back. Front and Rear entrance.

This trip we specifically went for pizza. We know the wings are outstanding. But what about the…read morepizza? We started with a pineapple Mule - excellent. Very refreshing!! Mild pineapple taste coupled with a smooth and ice cold ginger beer. The cooper cup sweating cold invitations is a topper. We decided to split a Cobb Salad. Our server Diego was outstanding all night. He was more than willing to split the salad. He did everything you wanted a waiter to do to make your experience enjoyable! The Cobb salad was very fresh. The kitchen did an outstanding job at making it presentable in a half dish manner. There was plenty of toppings to accent the salad. The grilled chicken was moist, easy to cut and slightly seasoned to enjoy. The Cobb salad is a must try if you are a salad goer. The pizza was good. It has a thin crust that was crispy but not burnt. The pizza was just soft enough that you could cut it with a fork. We had the everything pizza. There was a good variety of toppings and plenty of them. The sauce was not very predominant. I would probably ask for extra sauce next time so I could enjoy the tomato sauce accents more. Overall...good thin crust pizza.
