The skillet n eat is one of the we few affordable meals on Disney property . The service is fun and the theme is a sarcastic jokey type of atmosphere. Not a restaurant for the timid or introverted. The food was great.

Delicious and inexpensive option at Wilderness Lodge! Head to the far left in the lobby, past Artist Pointe, and down the ramp. Plenty of outdoor seating, covered and also umbrella tables.

Talk about a hidden gem amongst this beautiful resort as this is a yummy place to grab some food for dinner! Coming here was kinda a random adventure which resulted in me finding something quite scrumptious! Of the many selections I totally went with the meatloaf it was really yummy with a nice bbq sauce over the top which went well with the yummy mashed potatoes as they too had a good flavor and delicious gravy on top that was perfect with my side of peas as you just can't go wrong with some veggies. They also had some tomato Bisque soup that was really good as it was full of flavor with a bit of spice to it making for some all around delicious soup! Overall this was really yummy for a quick service restaurant in a resort as you totally can't go wrong with something that you can stick your fork into!

Much better than typical amusement park food. It was food enough to come over from Magic Kingdom to get some dinner here! Service was quick, prices were really reasonable (especially for an amusement park), and the quality and quality of food was great. Indoor seating lacks much ambience, but the hotel is very gorgeous and outside seating looks nice. They bring the food to the table for you too, so you can just sit down and relax. Overall, a really solid pick for dinner! Everything was good, but most importantly, brisket was lean, burnt ends were super good, and mashed potatoes were excellent! Check the menu though; some food is only available at certain times of the day.

Been dining here for years, I've seen the changes throughout the years some positive some not so much. They have a little something for everyone, usually a quick meal for breakfast lunch or late night after the parks. They have nice treats as well, muffins, cookies, cakes, pastries, magic bars, ice cream bars and more. Salads, burgers, sandwiches, breakfast platters, coffee, teas, hot chocolate etc. The prices are reasonable considering your staying at a Deluxe Disney Resort. The staff is usually friendly. There is comfortable seating inside and outside which matches the wilderness lodge theme. They used to have a very nice fix it bar where you could add lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc one of those things they cut during Covid and opted not to bring back unfortunately. Mid day the burgers were good made fresh after 9 pm they tasted as if they were pre cooked so very dry. You can save time and order from your app.

I really like the Roaring Fork quick service located inside Fort wilderness resort. It's one of my favorite places to eat before going to the parks. Friendly service, clean and many options on the menu. We got a s'more latte along with breakfast.

A comfortable quick service restaurant at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Great selection of food for adults and kids. Every time we've eaten here, we have been pleased!

This was a reliably good breakfast during our stay at the Wilderness Lodge. The baked goods (blueberry muffin and pain au chocolat) were fresh and tasty. The Bananas Foster French Toast was very good. I'm not usually a big banana person and I expected this to just be very sweet, but it wasn't too sweet for me and the toast was done really well. I also got the Campfire Cupcake because I thought it looked fun and it was a good cupcake. I really liked the cookie crumb coating on the frosting. The wait times for hot food were pretty quick.

Roaring Fork is a good option if you want something quick. There's indoor & outdoor seating and it's steps away from both the lobby and pool. One of our favs was the berry topped croissant (which I don't have a pic of) and another was the grilled gourmet cheese with caramelized onions, arugula and tomato.

    Standard Roaring Fork meal.

Somewhere between "average Disney quick service" and "really good Disney quick service" (like Captain Cook's at the Polynesian or Flame Tree Barbecue at Animal Kingdom") lives the Roaring Fork. It's quick; it's satisfying; it's a pretty good value for your $$$.

The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

The woman taking my order seemed to ignore me, and when she did respond, she came across as dismissive. I ordered two bánh mì sandwiches for my kids. With excited, hungry hopes after a red eye flight, my family and I scurried over to the Boardwalk Deli excited for the usual resort quick service options of Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, and typical quick service options the WDW resorts have to offer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Breakfast sandwiches (mostly on limited bagel choices) and pastries were all they served. They were above average tasting, so taste was not that big of a factor. Totally bummed out at the lackluster choices for breakfast, we ordered what we needed to satisfy our hunger and had high hopes for the other meals of the days during the rest of our stay. To our dismay, the choices during lunch and dinner were also really disappointing. (Avoid the grilled cheese. Completely disappointing!) We ended up only utilizing the deli to fill our refillable drink cups during the trip. For what it's worth, the Boardwalk Deli did have the mobile order or standby options available. There are no inside options to sit down and eat your food, so rain or heat, you can only sit in the outside tables and chairs along the Boardwalk if you don't want to take the food back to your room to eat. Everything about our stay at the Boardwalk Villas was amazing except the Quick Service options. With a baby in tow now, our days are a little bit different and we find ourselves not spending every second at the parks. Having a solid quick service option on property is important. This was the only con of the property for us.
