The line moved relatively quickly considering the crowd, thanks to the attentive and friendly attendants. Sit-down space wasn't the coziest yet sufficient. Got the tart, cheesecake, pistachio, and thai tea. Except the tart, most tasted like soft serve ice cream which was probably preferred by those who weren't much into tangy yogurt. Five star for Mario and ONE star for the RUDE and UNSCRUPULOUS (who I think is) the manager. We walked in at 9 pm on the dot (7/19/2026) and the female worker with glasses was already closing. I noticed she was turning off and wiping down the yogurt machines, so I asked her if they were closing (because I felt bad for being THAT customer lol) She looked at her watch to verify the time and said no they close at 10 but she decided to close early because she stated that "it's one of those days where I'm fighting all the customers" I was in FLABBERGASTED by her statement but I didn't know what to do so I just apologized. I told my friend to hurry up because I didn't want the employee to get more upset, especially at us. Mario rung us up and was very nice AND efficient regardless of the attitude and berating that his manager was giving him. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I assume she was the manager because she was very comfortable being aggressive towards her coworkers AND customers. This was a very sad experience because it made me feel uncomfortable and left me unease because I love Yogurtland and this is the only location that stays open late and the quality of the yogurt is intact. Other locations close at 9 pm and their machines dispense melted yogurt. This one is the most convenient, not only bc of the hours, but the location and size of this Yogurtland. It's big and ample but we couldn't stay and enjoy our yogurts because all the tables and chairs were put away. I'm hoping this is a one time thing but I felt the need to share this to management because an employee like that reflects the store in itself and it's unfair for paying customers like me and many others. read more

Every time I come here the staff welcomes everyone that walks in with a warm greeting. The stations are always cleaned and well stocked. So many tasty selections. I understand why they no longer offer samples so I don't get to try any of the new flavors unless I'm willing to take a risk but I'm not so o normally just get the original flavor with my normal toppings. Went inside to get some yogurt and I asked if they had any sample cups. They told me they didn't have any. How are we suppose to try the new flavors or know how they taste if we can't sample them? I asked and they didn't even know how to answer that. I ended up just grabbing a flavor I normally get but I didn't even get a lot and the price for it was ridiculous. Almost $4 for this little bit that didn't even fill up half the cup. I honestly wanted to try the new flavors but they don't offer sample cups at this location. I went to another one in Ladera Heights and they had sample cups so I don't understand why this location doesn't have any. I was really emotional and depressed so I decided to get some yogurt that was Rocco's favorite snack... i was welcomed by Manager Lupe & I immediately started crying Lupe asked "what was wrong" I told her I was devastated of my lost of Rocco! Very excited we finally have a Yogurtland for our families in this area. We were eager to visit especially after receiving coupons in this weeks mail to start August 7th 2017, 3oz free. Packed up the kid headed to the new yogurt spot only to find "sorry we missed you " stickers from UPS on the locked door, and a ladder next to the indoor lighting fixtures they are anticipating installing. Needless to say our family especially my niece was very disappointed. I will tell you this just the fact its finally here in what in some peoples mind is still considered the "hood" is pretty awesome :) but come on don't send out coupons for two days ago and still not be ready. The community is excited. 3stars because thank you for coming, thank you for the coupons, BUT its nearing end of summer families want to have yogurt time with the kiddos especially after that first day of school. As we walked in , we were not once greeted by the girl behind the register , second .. cleanliness of the store was not up to par , as it usually is . When we walked in we were not greeted and no one ever came out until we got to the counter and yelled out for assistance. We decided not to purchase yogurt because of the poor quality. I have visited this plaza often for some of my other favorite restaurants so I was excited to see that they opened a yogurt land smack dab in the middle. Yayyy! It is centrally located between Subway and Chipotle and next door to Buffalo Wild Wings. It is across from the mall and in front of a large parking lot. So you will never really have an issue finding parking. I walked into a clean store and two smiling cashiers that informed me of the sample cups at the front. I thanked them and continued to the regular cups to start my cup overflow. Every Yogurtland location seems to have a different line of flavors, so each time is like a surprise. I like that! Long as every location has the plain tart and the little fruit balls I'm happy. I decided to take part in the medium cup and mixed three flavors. I got the plain tart, the cookies & cream, and the cheesecake. Mmmmmmmmmm so good! For my toppings I got some of the cookie dough bites, cheesecake bites, 1 brownie and low and behold the infamous teddy graham crackers. I originally found this location because of the Free 3 ounces Yelp check-in offer. I love a good deal! With my discount, my topping filled cup came out to roughly $7 and I was able to use that purchase toward my rewards points in the yogurt land app. The two ladies put a top on my bowl and bagged me up and I was on my way. :) read more

I was so excited to hear a Yogurtland was opening in my community. But since it opened I have been very disappointed. Most often the flavors I want and the flavors they advertise aren't available.
