    My father and I were running around a few days before Christmas to see what we could get for my…read morenephews who are both driving age now. With the severe weather that were experience in the Northeast, especially in the Buffalo, Toronto and Boston Mass areas, we thought it might be a good idea to get the boys an emergency roadside kit together if any vehicle related problem were to occur. The staff was very friendly and greeted us promptly and offered help immediately. While this particular store did not have an emergency road side kit, Glenn? Called to another store to check availability, seeing as we were headed in that direction to grab dinner. The other store had the emergency kit, and we paid for it at this particular store and were able to show our receipt at the other store and it was waiting for us. The gents also had a few other suggestions as well, which we picked up. Both sites were very helpful and friendly, with great customer service! Made me miss the good natured kind people of my native Buffalo, and proud at the same time :) Great experience, would go to one of these stores in a heartbeat for anything auto- related in the future!

    My review is in regards to the service department, and especially Gary!!…read more I bought my vehicle at another dealership and although I loved my car-buying experience, I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with the body shop and service center. So much so I will never go there again unless it's something only covered under some of their extra warranties I purchased. One of the reasons for my disappointment, which was driving me insane, is that they provided NO explanation as to why one of my car features was not working according to what my owner's manual stated it should do. When I picked my car, I looked the woman dead in the eye and said "it says it right in the owner's manual!" And she just looked at me like "yea I don't care please leave". And no, I was not rude, I just wanted someone to listen to me and explain why it wasn't functioning. I tried calling 2 other dealerships and they did not answer the phone. Finally, this dealership took my call. They transferred me to service immediately, and then transferred me to Gary who was best equipped to answer my question. Gary took all of the time necessary to research why my car wasn't doing what the manual said it should do. He was patient and just as curious as I was! He figured it out at after looking up my VIN number and checking the code on the part. He explained it to me and even sent me an email so I could see for myself. Super nice, super professional, and plain old good at what he does. If this location wasn't 30 minutes away from me I would 100 percent come here for every single vehicle need based on this experience. These are my kind of people! And quite frankly, if I have another shotty body shop / service experience elsewhere .. I might just make the trip so I can go somewhere that gives me confidence! Thanks a million, Gary!! Give this man a raise!

    I was clearly told at the time of purchase that my cosigner would NOT be listed on the vehicle…read moretitle. I even asked multiple times to confirm, and was reassured face-to-face that the title would be in my name only. Had I been told the truth, I would have never gone through with the purchase through Damien Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue. After an accident, I discovered the cosigner is in fact listed on the title, which has now created a complicated and stressful situation that could have been completely avoided with accurate information from the start. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I trusted what I was told during the buying process, and that trust was misplaced. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle here double-check all paperwork themselves before finalizing anything.

    I'm leaving this review so other buyers know what to watch out for. I signed a full purchase…read moreagreement for a vehicle, the manager signed it, and I paid an $1,800 deposit. Because it was close to closing time, the salesperson rushed me through the paperwork so quickly that I barely had a chance to read anything -- which I now regret trusting. Minutes after leaving, the dealership called to say they had put the wrong vehicle on the paperwork -- their error -- and that I now owed $4,000 more. Instead of honoring the signed agreement or offering a meaningful solution, they offered just $600 off the new price. That's not professionalism or accountability. That's a dealership trying to fix its own mistake at the buyer's expense. If you shop here, take your time and double-check every line, because the pressure to rush through closing time cost me a deal I was ready to complete. The worst part, I actually would have purchased at the higher price had they showed me that to begin with. But the sales person partially blamed me when I told him I expected them to honor the price by saying "Stacy with all the research you did you had to know the price of the vehicle. It was an honest mistake but we showed you the numbers for 2020 and you signed for the 2020." I was absolutely appalled at this considering I really couldn't remember the price because I had driven so many different vehicles all within $5k price point and even though I asked for the copies of the paperwork, he rushed me out the door before providing them...I didn't think it was a big deal because they needed to do work to the vehicle before we paid in full. I couldn't even verify I signed paperwork he said I did during the phone call. And in the end, when sharing pictures of the papers via text, I was still missing a copy of the one and only paper I looked at super closely with the price and vehicle on it. Somehow this one conveniently "disappeared" and he proceeded to tell me I never signed a copy of that one. But it was the first document I signed and really the only one he let me read. Good riddance. What a blessing! And a lesson for me.
