I have a Eco Drive watch that I don't wear often and Sam at quick fix jewelry told me I did the one thing that this watch does not like by sticking it in a drawer in the dark. Sam said it likes to be moved and it likes sunlight. Sam also told me "let me get it started again hopefully so you won't need a new battery because the new battery is about $70. Well he got it started again and he said now don't stick it in a dark drawer anymore...you gotta take it out every now and then leave it on the dresser and in the daylight. Move it every now and then even if you don't wear it very often. Sam didn't charge me a cent to take care of my watch and educate me about my watch. Customer Service is not dead. Hooray!!! I took my iPad here to get fixed on a Monday. He said it would take a couple of days. Finally was able to pick it up the following Monday by Wednesday the home button wasn't working. They said to drop it off. I dropped it off Wednesday and he said to check in on Saturday. I gave them until Tuesday. When I called back to the person who answered the phone was so rude. He yelled at me that the iPad wasn't ready and to not call back until Thursday. I called Friday. The man that original took the iPad said it was ready to be picked up. I went in and the home screen button works but not the touch screen by the camera. I didn't see it until I was home and my kid had an issue. Im done with the shop. I'm not taking it back. I'm just gonna get it fixed with someone who knows what they are doing. I should have listened to the reviews before I went. read more

I have had multiple things done at this location and it has been a great experience every time! The employees are helpful and friendly. His prices are so low it's amazing! I was also able to find a coupon in the Hemet-SJ magazine once!!! The first two items I brought in were a men's diamond band and a small gold ring. I needed to go one resized and a stone replaced. The other I needed to fix the gold band because it has broken. The jeweler did an amazing job. He resized the ring perfectly and the stone looked perfectly in place with the others. You can't tell it was ever missing. The second time I came in was to replace a stone on my wedding band. I chose to get a thin black diamond band with tiny black stones. When I lost one of the stones it was difficult to find a replacement. He was able to quickly find a stone that fit my ring and replace it in a timely manner! Both times it only took him a day or two to get my pieces done. The jeweler is talented and very trustworthy. I highly recommend this place. Came in for three watches that needed batteries and one the day hand fell off they broke another watch had to come back twice to have them repair the problem they created finally took it to another jeweler and filled a complaint with my credit card comp. read more

When you tell someone a specified service time you should be able to uphold that time. When you continue to push back the service time and then try to charge someone for a partial job because they can no longer wait you are not only dishonest but untrustworthy. Do not expect good or speedy service from this establishment. I have attempted to have my iPhone screen repaired twice in the past 3 days. I have called ahead each time to ensure the gentleman that does the repairs would be available and able to complete the work. I was told that he was available both times. The last attempt the guy at the counter told me "things have changed since you called" ...which was 20 minutes prior to arrival. The guy that does the repair said it'd be $150 and he could have my phone ready in "a couple days." He obviously wasn't concerned with gaining my business. Took my armitron watch there to have the crystal replaced. $28.00 was the quote. The watch was a gift from my wife so I said to do it. I actually could have brought a new watch for that price or cheaper. When they called and said it was ready 5 days later they said it needed a battery at $7.95. It was running when I brought it in and I just replaced the battery a few months earlier. I don't know what they did with my good battery but I'm not going to pay their inflated price for a battery on top of the high price for the crystal. Last time I will go there. I took my phone in to get the screen repaired and after the hour and a half I got my phone back to me with a home button that doesn't work he took the phone back to see if he can fix so I go and sit by the front doors for half an hour. As I wait I see him walking around getting food I go back to the store and he's in the back and tells me that sometimes the buttons don't work. So I spent 110 dollars to get phone with a screen and a broken button not worth the money won't be going back this straight up blows. Give them less stars if I can.
