They also offered him a very competitive price and provided exceptional, attentive service throughout the process. During that visit, I asked to see ring sets for our five-year anniversary. Madeline spent a great deal of time with me, carefully guiding me through the selection and design process. Although I had not planned to make a purchase that day, they offered such a great deal that I decided to move forward. They also generously offered complimentary cleanings at any time, which was much appreciated. Initially, we were told the custom ring set would take four to six weeks to complete. To my delight, I received a call just two and a half weeks later letting me know it was ready for pickup. The ring set was absolutely perfect, even more beautiful in person. I later realized I had provided the incorrect ring size at the time of ordering and brought it back the next day for resizing, expecting it to take several days or longer. To my surprise, the ring was resized and ready within just a few hours. The level of service, professionalism, and care we received from Anthony, Jack, and Madeline was truly outstanding.
