Usually my food here is decent. So, I got a carne asada plate and for the second time half of the meat was some nasty pieces of fat with hard pieces and tunnels. Disgusting! I don't mind some fat but if I'm paying $17.00 plus tax for 1 meal, at least put all good cuts of meat. The fat was all underneath the good pieces of meat.

We dropped by Roberto's Taco Shop because my daughter wanted to try the Carne Asada Fries. Hubby had the carne asada taco with guacamole and salsa and combo plate with two chicken tacos with rice and refried beans. I had chicken torta with bell pepper, tomato, lettuce and guacamole.

Robertos is a good place to get a quick fix on tacos and carne asada everything. Lol. This location is pretty decent. Kept clean and not that busy when I go in. So no social distancing problem here or at least at night time for sure. I tried the carne asada plate that came with rice and beans. And a giant flour tortilla. Everything tasted good. And the asada was especially tasty. Good food. Great prices. Will visit this location again.

Each time I come in here the guys are super friendly.. Tonight however was a little different. The cashier that's working has one glove on, which he handles the money, went outside next door to the PTs Pub then came back in with the same glove on and proceeded to the kitchen.. I asked him kindly if he could not handle my food as he didn't change the glove or wash his hands.. Just very dissatisfied with that part of the service. Other than that food is always great!!!

Wow went there today and all i wanted was a tamale Ok so no rice and beans so fine two tamales. The guy taking our orders was an idiot. He acted like we were stupid because Im guessing English is now the second language in Vegas. Tamales weren't on the menu board. My friends order was 11.00 And mine was 6.45 for just two plain tamales. I watched him microwave them and they were SO overdone they were hard and couldn't be eaten. SKIP this Robertos Their quality sucks. My friends beans were cold and hard as well.... As I said STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Nice place to visit for high end Mexican food when you're hanging around Fremont Street, just a 1/2…read moreblock away. Try the Mexican corn appetizer with it's crumbly cotija cheese, chili, lime, and mayo on top of charred corn kernels. It's in 'esquites' form, which means it's not left on the cob like 'elote' is. Their specialty, nachos, are also well seasoned and the chips are freshly made on site. What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. This location has been in business for 17 years now and there's plenty of seating in a nice, clean atmosphere.

Title: The Best Birria I've Had... Period!…read more (5/5 stars) If you're a birria lover, stop what you're doing and head to Birria Bite. This place may be a small tavern-style spot with just enough seating, but don't let the size fool you. The moment you walk in, the aroma of the birria comes rolling out of the kitchen like a raging bull--it lets you know you're in the right place! They offer both goat and beef birria, and the flavor is absolutely incredible. I've only been eating birria for about five years, but in that time I've made it a mission to try it everywhere I travel. I've had birria from Las Vegas, California, Nebraska, Florida, and Texas, and I can honestly say Birria Bite is hands down the best I've had. I always order the Quesabirria Combo, and it never disappoints. The consommé is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned--good enough to sip on by itself. And even though it's outside my normal diet, I can't leave without getting the Piña pineapple drink. It's sweet, refreshing, and absolutely fire. The hospitality is always A1, the staff makes you feel welcome every visit, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you receive. This is one of those hidden gems you'll keep coming back to. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Don't meet me there... beat me there... or be square!
