I sold them a…read morelot of gold, silver, antique and vintage pieces, not knowing that they took advantage of me regarding value and price. Even sadder, I picked up the ring that they were to duplicate from a picture (great grandmas ring) and it looked absolutely NOTHING like it. I felt nauseous, cheated, started crying, and left the store. Having never done this before, not really knowing the value of my trade ins, and believing they could create something similar from a photo....all of it was the worst experience of my life. I now have a clunky stupid looking ring for which I paid dearly in my trade ins. God only knows if they actually used the diamonds I gave them. I'll never forgive myself or them for this atrocity and rip off.

Very hard to convey the relief to get them back so quickly, after wearing for "multiple decades" :) with out ever removing them. Great attention to detail, and he shined them up, too! I was happy to know he would do the job in the store, and not have to send them out, which was very important to me. Who wants to take a chance of things being sent out and in with your most precious jewelry? P. S. Sage also did previous jewelry work for me, which I was very pleased with, but this particular job was very sentimental, and quite exceptional.

They have such good sales as well and a wide variety of brands within their store. I really like getting a new piece from Shanore- an Irish brand that offers both Celtic pieces and ocean themed jewelry.
