The one man, understandably couldn't reach very much of the hood but also didn't even bother to try to do anything to the sides!!! The other one could reach the hood but didn't bother to help the other guy out!! Now maybe they're not supposed to be wiping them down at all, but for the past 3 years my husband has had an account and it gets taken out every month and we gave ALWAYS gotten the vehicle wiped down like it was part of the package! The last 3-4 times they have done a very poor job, one time my husband even asked them to dry it better, this time they just dried half the hood, fixed the mirrors back walked to the back of the Tacoma and motioned for us to move on! It's gone drone extremely good to might as well let the rain wash it!!! This happened today about 11:45-12:00

Was told I needed a radiator flush, new air filter I had changed 4 days prior (I can get the same one online for 1/5 of the cost they charge in house). After my last trip to Lubbock I went to my old location and they also checked my radiator fluids and showed me the results. Said the levels were fine and no action was needed any time soon. The employees at the Amarillo location seemed less than the professional level I'm used to receiving at other locations. Some conversations should not be had within earshot of customers.
