So this review is about the service Chris provided. He was very responsive to messages and…read morereturning phone calls but did not do a great job in the small leak I had. One of the connector under my sink was leaking. He changed it but forgot to one small part inside the line (according to the other plumber who came at a later date to fix the problem). The problem was not obvious initially, but after 2-3 months the connector portion started leaking more and more. That was one reason for this review. Another reason is, I had problem with my shower temperature and suspect something is wrong with shower cartridges. However Chris told me he doesn't know how to take this shower handle off so he needs to cut off the handle to access inside and so I will have to replace the handle as well if I want the job done. Well, the plumber that fixed my sink issue had no problem taking off the handle. He did have to spend a bit more time figuring it out. There is some corrosion around the screw area but it was doable. So either Chris ability is not as good or he doesn't have the patience to figure it out. For that reason, the service he provided a few months back was not satisfactory

He and his team did a full main line replacement that could not be replaced by traditional digging due to hard to cut pine roots. They instead did a trenchless replacement of the main. All of the team was very professional and worked as fast as possible to have it all done in just a few days. They did not have to break any concrete and there was zero damage to any landscaping etc. Brian and his team truly value clients as they've done several trips at no costs or obligation at a different home of of mine. It was brand new plumbing, a brand new sink, and brand new fixtures. Every hose they installed has popped out and they always claimed it was somehow not their fault. I stopped calling them to fix it after the 5th time, and now I just pay other plumbers. The first project they did was removing a giant clogged pump and installing all new drain lines for like $10k was great, and they were awesome at working with us to help get insurance to cover it. But installing a new kitchen sink was awful - we are still three years later dealing with their bad install.

Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it? This happened around 6am, I reached out at 8:30am, and Kyle arrived at 10:30am. Our technician, Kyle, was incredible. He drew clear diagrams to help me understand exactly why a snake couldn't clear it. He quickly provided an estimate to replace the fitting with a modern bullhorn design to eliminate future issues, and also noticed our downstairs toilet wax ring needed replacement. While I initially considered replacing the wax ring myself after researching it, I am so glad I left it to the professionals. The toilet weighed nearly 100 lbs and the floor bolts were severely rusted. Kyle gracefully applied a discount to the overall package that helped soften the blow. The best part was the incredible timeline: he provided the estimate and got the entire job done the SAME DAY. In a house with four people and no running water, this rapid response was an absolute lifesaver. Kyle began the work immediately and was very respectful of our property.
