I needed a quote for new leach lines at my residence. They showed up on time and gave me a quote. professional and courteous.

Called and specifically requested a Storm drain unclogging and their advtz. special rate of $49. I even asked how much for Hydro-jetting in case Snaking does not work. Was told Technician will determine that, will try snaking first and if it does not work will quote you for Hydrojetting. Fair enough, setup an apt., told them i am specifically driving to the vacant Rental property and to ensure the technician arrives on time. We arrived promptly at the start of the 2 hr window they gave us. An hour passed, was almost 2 hrs waiting and we gave them a call and we were told some equipment breakdown has caused a delay. So why not inform us !? Anyway, was told a Manager will call me in 10 minutes, almost 40 minutes later, a rude mofo ahole, I think Santiago called me and the first thing he asks me..."You want to unclog a storm drain for $49!!??" WTF !? Hello !? No apologies for keeping us waiting for 2.5 hours on Friday evening plus our drive time and fuel cost and instead you make your customers feel Cheap just because they want to use the Special you advertized !? He added, you cannot snake a storm drain and I told him that i asked the exact same thing when setting up the apt. We asked "why make us freaking wait 3 hours to tell us something we raised doubts on?" He rudely tells me that i spoke with Dispatch and they do not know all this stuff and hence he is calling... Hey ahole, you know who i am talking about. Whose fault it is and wtf you waited 3 hours to call us !? And who is going to comp. us for wasting our 3 hours of Friday evening, fuel, etc. And on top, ruin our mood as well. What a shitty little company !!! read more

I requested for a plumbing service to declog my hot tub drain on Sunday morning and received a response from the company right away. The appointment was made within 30 minutes on the same day. I hired these guys for an indoor kitchen hydrojet job because they were competitive with their price. However, I should have known better, the guy that was sent to me was very unprofessional, rude, and left my kitchen a mess, even after I asked him to clean it up. I would definitely stay away from Santiago...who claims to be in the business for so long but has poor customer service and was rushing to get to this task done. They charged me extra $225 for an indoor hydrojet job when all they did was bring a few extra towels and attempted to upsell me to their descaling after 2 tries. He tried BSing me and ultimately left me stuck paying them more. A $900 job quickly turned to a $2100 job which took him like 3 mins to do. Definitely scammers! I complained to the owner and he offered someone to come back and clean my place but I wouldn't trust this company in doing that. I had to call my regular cleaners as soon as they left to clean my house since it smelled like sewage. I had to ask them to leave me some of their chemicals behind because I just wanted them out of my house. Definitely untrustworthy company. They didn't even wear booties into my house...isn't that like a common procedure these days. Oh well, hope this review helps others out there. read more

Had work done a couple of days ago, water heater replacement. Eli and his team member were very professional, and safe. I felt that the information Eli was providing was very honest, as well as informative. I would definitely use the service again, especially because it is hard to find honest help these days. The only small challenge I felt was that because I like to stay on top of things and make sure payment is made quickly, it has taken a while for payment to be ran. Other than that, things were good. They also had far better pricing than any of the other companies I contacted and didn't try to pull any "overtime/weekend" fees like most of the other companies i spoke to. We experienced gurgling in our toilets and backed up sewage in our shower. We called Pro Rooter Guys and had someone come out the next morning to snake our drain. Tree roots were the caused. Obviously no one wants to hear about unexpected expense, but Frank gave us options and thorough explanations of what would happen in each case. We did not go out for competitive quotes because a quick internet comparison research showed that they were reasonable. They had to manually dig 2 holes 5-6ft deep to get to the line. The area was kept cleaned and properly marked off for safety. We experience minimal disruptions and were given plenty of notice before any cut offs. Everything was put back together neatly including the pavers they had to remove. They ensured we were happy with the work, include giving us a quick camera view of the finished product.
