An excessive amount of grizzle in my strip steak.
    Chuck M.

I'm not sure if this restaurant has recovered from the pandemic. Very few patrons during the dinner time (6:30pm Wednesday). I ordered the strip steak, baked potato and sautéed mushrooms. Also ordered the chicken noodle soup. Soup arrived first, boiling hot and very tasty. The entree arrived...the potato had a tough texture but tasted good. Mushrooms were outstanding. Veggies were excellent. My steak had about 1/4 of it was grizzle. Disappointment for sure. Maybe just an unusual evening for them. Let's hope it gets better.

The ambiance might be lacking for a business but the food and service made up for it. Amazing food and people

Solid dining option if you're near the airport or staying at one of the hotels nearby. Came by for a late lunch at 2pm on a Wednesday. Only a couple other diners. Waitress was really nice and helpful, and great to the kids. Overall, solid food but a bit pricey (expected for the area, but the drink prices were definitely eye popping). + original muffuletta: more like a panini-fied muffuletta. Generous portion of olive salad, well toasted bread, thick slice of ham, right amount of salami. Salty toasty good. Not huge. Came with a side of fries. Yum fry sauce! + Caesar salad: came tossed with generous amount of parm and dressing. Not a huge portion + kids chicken tenders and fries: pleased to see 3 tenders instead of 2, like I often find at places. Hot and fresh. Kid opted for bbq sauce, until he discovered fry sauce + spaghetti and meat sauce, garlic bread: kid #2 was disappointed no ravioli but was happy with spaghetti as a substitute. Good portion for a kid. Grated parm on top. Hearty meat sauce with plenty of ground beef. Garlic bread looked like a dinner roll cut in half and toasted with garlic butter spread. Kid loved it, haha. Large parking lot and easy to find restaurant right off the road.

Wasn't too sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Service is top notch. Beer is cold and food is good. Decided to stop in off the recommendation from my hotel. My waitress Terrie was very friendly and helpful. I got the Greek salad with no meat and was really good. Service and food were really fast. I can't at an off hour so may not be the same during peak hours.

Stop, turn around and go to the glow at the hotel. Someone said it was a weird place, I'd have to agree. Not a lot of options around so.... Pros: one of a few options around, close to the hotels. Food was fine, nothing I'd run back for but better than Perkins. Cons: waitress struggled to take my order of a small salad and turkey Reuben. Not sure what was going on there....Ice tea was clearly the first cup when brewing, thought it was Pepsi at first. Ambiance looked like a deli w/ formica tables, If this is the only option, fine. If you have others I'd suggest finding another spot.

I went during lunch on a work day and there were only two people working in the restaurant. I went with a group of people and the service took a long time. Of course, there were only two people work so that was understandable. The food was a typical american food. They mostly have burgers and sandwiches. There is not many restaurants around the area since its mostly hotels and business buildings, but it is easy access to the freeway. Not really a place for big groups.

Great casual restaurant in the center of SLC's hotel city. I found it by the reviews and I was a little startled to find it empty at lunch time. The hostess / server was a long time employee and local who said you never know when it'll get busy but I dined solo for the 30 or 40 minutes I enjoyed my gyro wrap with fries. It came out fast and piping hot. The fries were surprisingly good. Lightly seasoned and more like eating potatoes than fried food. I'd order just the fries next time but the gyro was actually excellent as well. It's very neatly wrapped so it's easy to eat on the go without making a mess. I gobbled the fries down and took the sandwich with me. The server said everything on the menu is amazing so I'll be back when we're there for a project in a couple of weeks.

    Traditional breakfast

I like over medium eggs and it is very difficult to get done correctly. But these guys did a great job getting my eggs right. We also ordered biscuits and gravy which the gravy was more like Alfredo sauce. The biscuits was old. Very casual atmosphere plastic plates very quit. I would still eat here again

Wow, the focaccia and other breads in the basket were great, but they add in a garlic butter!!! WOOWOO. Decided on a Hugo Spritz and a Rose Spritz, so two great drinks with dinner. I also ordered the meatball appetizer and the Aglio E Olio pasta. I really loved the Aglio. I thought the meatballs were good, but not my favorite. That being said, I came back the second night for dinner again and they have been spot on with everything (minus the meatballs not being my favorite). The next night I tried the Brasato and those short ribs did fall off! I also had a glass of an extremely expensive wine, so it was nice to be able to try something and that they even have that option! We noticed it when we drove in late Friday afternoon and made reservations same day for their patio. We got some free street parking and when we arrived we were greater and promptly seated. We ordered the polenta with spice sausage, it was HUGE and can be shared with 4 people. 2 of us could not finish it. Additionally for dinner we got the gnocchi which was quite tasty and the steak special which was similar to a skirt steak. The steak was good, my only thing was that I didn't enjoy the seasoning on the potatoes (but those were my tastebuds and yours might like them)! Our server, Ben, was truly exceptional. He took the time to explain every special in detail, made us feel like we were longtime friends, and struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever hovering. We were dining with our toddler, and he brought over crackers just in case our little one wanted a snack. That level of thoughtfulness speaks volumes. The restaurant had technically closed, but Ben never once made us feel rushed. Instead, he let us relax, enjoy the beautiful patio, and savor every moment of our meal. Genuine hospitality like that is so rare. Everything about our experience was outstanding, from the incredible service to the unforgettable food. It's a beautiful space, especially when it's still light outside and the evening sun comes in through the windows. Our server Jordan was excellent. Knowledgeable and efficient. They give you a TON of complementary things. Bruschetta to start. A massive bread basket, which is great for dipping into the anchovy garlic dipping sauce and all sorts of other sauces throughout the evening. And biscotti and a little cup of hot chocolate for dessert. We did not love the pasta sampler we ordered, though. It certainly wasn't bad, but all the pasta was overcooked IMO. I got the Salsiccia e Mare for my entree, and it was fabulous. Essentially a cioppino, but with sausage on a bit of spinach in the middle. The seafood was clams, muscles, calamari, and scallops. My wife had the Pollo della Casa, which was super tasty, but, as with the pasta, we thought the risotto was really overcooked. Had almost no consistency at all. Almost like creamy grits. And the famous lemon gelato dessert at the end was super. It was 28 bucks - ouch - but it was massive. Very lemony, and served on a bit of fresh Utah peaches. Prepared tableside, which was fun. I didn't love the honey they drizzled all over it, but my wife sure did. All in all, a really fun evening and a very solid restaurant. We'll go again.

There were two options and we chose the one with shrimp on romaine, burrata caprese, and melon with prosciutto. Then we shared the pasta sampler (which has a much cooler name that I can't recall because I don't speak Italian!). I was never a big fan of gnocchi but it was fantastic, served in a spicier tomato-based sauce. There was a spectacular butternut squash ravioli, spinach ravioli, and a spaghetti with an indescribably delicious cream sauce. Overall, that dish is NOT to be missed. We also had a special entree of beef tenderloin with mushrooms, shaved potatoes, and an oxtail sauce. We shared it because OMG food coma, which was a great call. We finished with the tiramisu *swoon* and the lemon gelato with lemon juice, local Utah honey, and sea salt sprinkles. I'm not a big lemon dessert fan and I wouldn't have normally ordered it (I had the tiramisu). The lemon gelato with honey had such a pleasantly unusual texture. The honey had the mouth feel of stringy cheese but the flavor of spring. The gelato was delicate and soft and the salt just amplified the experience. Zachary was our server. He's funny, extremely knowledgeable, and served each dish with an unforgettable flourish. I'm sure mine is just one more voice extolling the fabulousness of this restaurant, but it was a pleasure. If it was a bit more charred and crispy that would make all the difference. On the plus side since they don't cook it enough the pizzas come out fast at least lol, we got our 2 in about 10 minutes. We tried the signature Settebello, Pear & jalapeño pizza and a salad. The salad was lame - just a pile of arugula with maybe a little oil dressing topped w/ a slice of hard cheese. Essentially a plate of rabbit food for $10. The Settebello was very tasty & I enjoyed the addition of pine nuts. The pear/jalapeño was quite tasty and unique. Instead of a white/red sauce base, the base is a jalapeno&pear jam that is sweet w/ a little spice, very nice. My only small complaint would be about the cheese on this pizza. It's a creamy sweet cheese that I think clashes with the sweet& spicy flavor, I think a sharper cheese would pair much better with this pizza. All in all, if they fixed their dough game it would be 5 star. The prices are around $18-21 for a large personal pizza, or can be shared with an appetizer which I think is fair portion & price.
