Been coming to this establishment for the last 3 to 4 years I have nothing but good things to say…read moreabout the workers, especially Angel and Jason and William . They do a phenomenal job getting me in and out and reassuring me that my car will get done within the same day. If not, they'll make sure that I have no issues at all with my vehicle I came in today. Angel wasn't able to assist me so I went to the young lady and had asked for a quote on my vehicle and when I was asking questions on what type of work had to get done, she had given me an attitude and sucked her teeth as ever, though she didn't want to do her job. This is very unprofessional of her and I feel as though if you don't like working at the establishment you're in and then you should just quit.

I need to warn others to be cautious with Firestone in Bloomfield. The service in the past year and…read morenow has declined significantly. My TPMS light kept coming on, and my brakes were squeaking when backing up and shaking when stopping. I first brought my car to Firestone in mid‑December 2025 for the TPMS issue, and they said they fixed the right front sensor. Over the Christmas/New Year holiday, the light came back on. I returned in January, and they claimed the issue was a loose sensor they had tightened. The following month, I went back again for the brake issue and asked them to recheck the TPMS. They told me only the rear brakes needed work and insisted the TPMS was fine. When I asked about the front brakes, I was told they were "tight" and didn't need replacement. A few weeks later, the TPMS light came back on yet again. I returned and specifically asked them to check all sensors. They said everything was fine. That same day, after driving on the highway, the light came back on. At that point, I no longer trusted their assessment. I went to another mechanic and didn't give any backstory--just asked for a full analysis. I paid $300 for the diagnostic. The verdict: additional TPMS sensors needed replacement, and my front brakes were stripped and urgently needed to be replaced. This was extremely frustrating because Firestone had told me the front brakes were "nice and tight" and that the TPMS system was fine. I ended up paying twice for issues they claimed to have fixed. I'm deeply disappointed and will no longer be taking my vehicles to Firestone. I advise others to be cautious.
