Everything else was nice, but cleaner restrooms would make the experience even better. Overall, I'd still come back and recommend it if you're looking for a mall with lots of shopping and dining options.

There is plenty of parking that is shared with all businesses. This center offers a diverse selection of restaurants, hair and nail salons as well as fitness and health businesses. It's not the quality of the shops here, as that's part of the problem. There's such great stores that the already shitty parking lot situation has exacerbated over the years and now, during peak hours--which is basically all the fucking time--this place is a disaster. From the overflowing freeway off-ramp, to the tiny parking spots and the endless aisles of cars looking for parking, it's almost too much to bear. I hate coming here, and only do so when I have no choice. Fuck this place.

We came here for Hobby Lobby because that's the closest while we were in town. Saw the tj sign but…read morewas unaware there was a Costco as well. Parking was ok since we weren't near tj or Costco. We parked across from sports basement. What's horrible about this mall is there there isn't a map of what's available in any of then kiosks. We couldn't find hobby lobby. We dropped into an ice cream store and asked and they said it's behind the sports basement. Some signage would have been nice, don't you think?

Westgate Mall is a bit of a tale of two malls. The outlet stores are the reason I keep coming back…read more-- Nike, Old Navy, Gap, and Nordstrom Rack are all solid, and they're connected to the inside of the mall. There's also a Target and Ross, which are convenient anchors. But beyond that, the inside of the mall is pretty much dead -- lots of empty storefronts and barely anyone walking around. The food court is limited: a boba shop, a burger place, an Indian restaurant, and King Eggroll. The recently opened T&T Supermarket has definitely brought in traffic, but since it's not connected to the inside of the mall, it doesn't help revive the interior. Same goes for the stores on the outskirts of the plaza like Sephora, T-Mobile, and others -- good to have nearby, but they don't feed foot traffic inside. To be fair, the mall itself is in decent shape -- it could use a remodel, but it's clean and maintained. What it really needs is more quality restaurants that connect to the interior to give people a reason to actually walk through. Parking is great and easy, which makes quick outlet runs painless. I'll keep coming for the outlets, but I'd love to see the inside come back to life.

With store closures and turnover affecting the atmosphere these last few years it just feels less welcoming. When seating starts disappearing , the experience can start to feel more transactional, almost like the message is, "shop and leave," rather than "stay awhile and enjoy yourself." For shoppers, especially older adults, families with children, or anyone who simply wants to take a break, the lack of seating can make a center feel much less inviting and can actually discourage longer visits.

we have been to old town Los Gatos many times before and although there is limited parking this has…read morenever been a problem before. we were going for a planed dinner at Teleferic (a place we have enjoyed many times before) however upon our arrival researched out a parking spot and found someone who was leaving two stalls behind where we were in the fairway who would give us the spot, so we backed up to take advantage of the spot. before we could do this another car tried to swoop in and take the spot. I tried to explain to them that we were waiting for that spot. the amount of entitled vitriol that spewed forth from that car was astounding! there was clearly no reasoning with them. as they were screaming at me a security Gard from palamerican approached me, telling me to move on. I informed him that the person leaving was giving me their spot and I intended on taking them up on the offer. the palamerican security guard told me that I had passed the spot and to move on. I told him of the arrangement and that I was backing up to the spot but he had no interest in listening to me. he clearly had no interest in resolving this situation in an amicable way, nor did he want to listen to my reason. why? it was because he was being racist. why do I say this? the car load of people who were acting out and yelling were Indian (south East Asian) and he was too. clearly he was siding with them and didn't want to listen to what I had to say. rather than trying to deescalate, he told me that he was calling the police and trying to intimidate me by videoing me. neither of which worked. choosing to move to higher ground after a few choice words I moved on. after reparking my car I looked to find him so as to get a name and report his unprofessional actions to his supervisors, which I informed him of. upon contact, he flat out refused to identify himself At which point in an effort to intimidate me further he said he was calling 911 again and the cops would come and get me.(being in law enforcement myself, not sudo-law enforcement I said "go ahead, ill be over here having dinner") no cops ever showed, (as I thought because police don't really want to deal with such nonsense created by amateur poorly trained security personnel like this joker. and obviously they have had problems with this guy before, or otherwise they would have shown up.) however his unprofessional behavior cast a Paul over the night and turned what should have been a pleasurable experience and evening into a night of attempted intimidation and negative experience. is this how Los Gatos treat their visitors? obviously they don't need my money, but we plunked down over $200 on dinner and drinks at Teleferic while the guards friends went to the bobo shop. bottom line, the food was terrific, but why should we come to Los Gatos to spend our money when we are going to be berated by the amateur security personally they hire. Its a sad loss for the restaurant, as it is unlikely that we will return after our experience with the racist poorly trained security guard and all the other businesses that we would have patronized in the future will also take a hit, and more importantly, this is exactly what we will tell our friends and colleagues about our experiences in Los Gatos and why not to go there Los Gatos- don't bother going, they don't want you!

It has two parking structures and a cinema , many elite restaurants and shops for everyone, include a car dealership! Today is Saturday May 10,2026 and there are an Arts and crafts fair going on . Many vendors and the merchandise are very cute . To my surprise, the prices are less than those in Santa Clara Arts show ( indoor building ) in another location . I took pictures for many vendors and I bought some cute items myself . They have this kind of Arts Fairs in Santana Row every month . If you miss this one , be sure to try to come to the next one ! .

At least, they have places to play games still, and Macy's is still there. I used to go mainly for Zumiez and Daiso. Now, that they have an IMAX cinema, I should visit that. I generally park near the entrance with Quickly, near Fresco Supermarket. Parking near Macy's got to be a problem with people not paying attention. I didn't see a Burlington, so they must be okay for now.
