I like my Prime Rib rare, but, in the past, I always had to settle for medium rare or sometimes a little more than that. However, this night, all they had left was medium well. We ordered it anyway. The old taste was there, except there was way too much pepper. I don't think I would spend that kind of money again unless I could get a medium rare piece without an overdose of pepper. At the end of the meal, I was presented an electronic pad where the server stands over you while you have to put in a tip to make payment. I hate these things.
