I can't imagine any business doing a better job with customer service and friendliness. I hate the dentist visits but actually look forward to going to Robison every time. The prices are pretty good, I did some shopping around, the place is spotless and they bend over backwards to accommodate any issues you may have with appointments, emergencies happen, three times for me and they hooked me up each time with an alternate time. The Dr.s are great, and Lynn and Trisha are amazing, they are like family. I got Invisaligns, being an adult the metal was not for me, it went pretty well, the timeframe was a bit longer than I had expected, but well worth it, my teeth are perfect now. The decor in the facility is really cool Hawaiian surf theme. They do tons of promos for their patients and give away movie tickets and iPads for simply following the program and brushing your teeth. The kids that are in there are obviously very happy to visit. They have iPads and video games in the waiting area along with a movie playing on a big screen. I have referred several friends, they will all receive $100 off for simply mentioning my name, and so do I, pretty sweet. Robison Orthodontics has THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced at an orthodontist's office! They immediately greeted me when I walked through that door. Even before I drove up to their office, they had a sign on a parking spot with my last name on it so that I would have a space just for me! Awesome! Who doesn't want a parking spot right in front of a business' door?! As soon as I got there, paperwork was ready for me to fill out. All that was done within 10 min and the coordinator was right there to take me for a tour of the practice. X-Rays and photos were done within 10 minutes, and then back to the exam room it was. Kristy was amazing and never left me in the room without letting me know what she was leaving to go do. They have thought of everything in that place! Dr. Blake was great and explained the treatment options, treatment duration, and what's to be expected of the treatment. Kristy took over after that and walked me through the financials. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. Amazing staff, people. If you're second guessing going to Robison Orthodontics, stop. I was referred to Robison by my dentist and it just happened to be so close to my dentist that it very convenient. I am so glad it was. The experience I have had at EVERY appointment has been great. The front desk staff is exceptionally nice and they greet me by name when I walk in. I have had not one issue. When I arrive I am promptly greeted and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Usually its about 1 or 2 minutes even though I arrive early. Additionally, anytime I call to make a last minute appointment (due to wires poking etc) they are able to fit me in and I don't have to wait. I would recommend Robison to anyone. read more

My son has been in his braces since July of 2013. When a problem arises they are quick to address. With two locations it made it easier to get a bracket fixed. They are very good at explaining each step in the process to my 14 year old son, as well as the amount of discomfort he should experience after the appointment. We have recommended many to Robison. This is also my sons second go around with braces as he had a crossbite at 8 that needed fixing and we were with a different orthodontist at that time. He had the same issue arise with a different set of permanent teeth later. Nothing that could have been prevented, but this experience is better. read more

Both my children go to Dr. Robison and I have had nothing but praise for their work. He has a gentle approach with the kids and makes them feel at ease. It was clear to me from the start the staff goes out of their way to make my daughter's experience comfortable and FUN! Received a personal letter in the mail apologizing for the mix up. This meant more than an apology on Yelp. When I didn't call them right away they called to get an appointment scheduled for my son's retainer. I was very frustrated because we stopped by on two separate occasions and they were closed both times. Of course my only day off at the time was Mondays so it was definitely the same day both times. So far so good! I was very impressed with this business. I knew my kids were going to need braces and I started the process of "shopping around" to see what a couple places were like. I felt a little bit like I was in a Goldilocks and the Three Bears story. The place their pediatric dentist recommended was not a good fit for us. The doctor wanted to do old school head gear and I didn't care for the bedside manner. The second place was a very bare bones office. My friends had a great experience and that doctor was nice. However, the office was very basic, crammed full of people, and there weren't fun promotions or anything offered. It was like visiting a dentist. Then, I went to Robison. I remembered them from a Candy Buy Back program we did at Halloween. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! This place is awesome! The theme, electronics, slushy machines..... wow! At first, I was thinking all this fantastic stuff must come with a big price difference. I mean, their theme, contest promos, and reward program are really fantastic. Their consult was more detailed than any of the other doctors (including the one my dentist recommended). However, I'm telling you now, I compared the cost between the bare bones office and this one: The other office was a couple hundred dollars MORE than this place. Well, right then the decision was a no brainer for us. My kids are excited to go visit the office, their dad looks forward to the slushy machine, and I like knowing they found a place that is fun for them. I highly recommend Robison. read more

My daughter has recently gotten braces but the few times we have been to Robison Orthodontics we have felt very welcomed and well taken care of! The entire staff goes out of their way to be helpful. One thing I have noticed is that, as opposed to other dentists/doctors offices, they are very conscientious about the patient's and patient's parent's time. If the scheduled appointment doesn't happen exactly on the dot it is only a few minute wait plus we have had a couple instances when we've needed to bring my daughter in without an appointment and they went out of their way to accommodate us!! I took my child to Dr. Robison for a consult and was shocked at the price quote I got for braces. After going to other orthodontists for consults I realized that Dr. Robison was charging almost twice as much as other orthodontists in the area. I also thought his advice for my child's treatment plan was very aggressive. I go to the movies alot and see the Robison advertisement for a free Ipod Touch if you get braces there...and I always laugh...because if I would have chose to go to him my child's braces would have cost $3000 more than they did. I could buy my kid 10 Ipod Touches for that money!!! So, it's a joke. Don't buy into their pretty office, personalized parking spaces when you arrive at your appointment, or incentives for signing a contract with him. SHOP AROUND. They really go all out to make sure each visit is fun, rewarding and communicate well about where they are in treatment and what they are trying to accomplish.
