Update: After talking with the office manager, apparently I was rescheduled previously, not that day. But unfortunately, they failed to reach out and confirm this with me. Regardless, this is a very poor first impression and I expect more from them. I don't expect a lot, but common business practices like calling to confirm the rescheduled apt are a must. read more

We had a family of three going here. Two cases with Braces and one Invisalign. All three of us had multiple issues. From the beginning to the near end... (we ended up moving) of which really helped us understand the negligent practices going on here. Braces not only done wrong but the treatment was poor and in both braces case blatantly careless and done wrong. As an example the brackets were improperly put in UPSIDE DOWN and apparently very much "older" devices used. Wires were too thin and the brackets were unevenly installed. Moreover would explain why both children's wires were coming loose, resulting in more than frequent visits to the office. As an example, we were in the office , every couple weeks. Our Invisalign was also carelessly managed resulting in tracking issues and multiple scans. At one point, when the aligners were more than a sixteenth of an inch gap in the aligners, I had to fight for another scan. We had three scans over a 7 month period. I was told this was normal and not tracking happens. At one point I was wearing aligners for three weeks straight 22 hours a day. This also doesn't take into account the problem with the orthodontist only being in this location ONE DAY A WEEK, often requiring you to TRAVEL 45 minutes to another location in the event we can't wait a full week. The list is endless, the treatment rooms at each location are crowded, the clinical ortho staff are very rude, especially if your complaining about wires coming loose and questioning why. The treatment is nothing short of an assembly line of in and out with no care to use current devices and no intentional treatment. In fact, I am certain, they practice this way to "prolong" treatment.Fast forward to today, several months after leaving this orthodontist with new treatment at at another orthodontist, we are all doing great, with minimal visits, no loose wires, Invisalign tracking great, and the cost is 1/3 less. Please...do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. read more

Received my invisalign treatment here and came here because it was recommended by my dentist. Aside from not interacting very much with my ortho, and never receiving my before and after pictures like I have requested twice. Now I receive a bill for my last appointment not being covered by my insurance. I have two insurance plans to help cover my dental. The highlight was the increase in the bill for my insurance not covering it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Others I know who have had braces have received such a great experience compared to my experience at this place. What a nice time to receive a hefty bill too, during employment cuts and lay offs. I had braces with Dr. Glauser as a child and I still am absolutely in love with my teeth! I still wear my retainers maybe three times a week and more when needed. I went in to get a new retainer just to have a new one and the staff is just as friendly as i remembered! Amy (the front desk lady) remembered my name after probably 8 years! Such sweet ladies and an AMAZING orthodontist. He knows his stuff and I've seen friends and family with complicated cases come out of there with amazing beautiful teeth. At the Awhatukee location, they only open a couple days of month and there is a lot struggle to make an appointment at an appropriate time for clients. You always have to loose school time to be able to attend the few early appointments they have available. Also, as Kyrene employee supposedly offer a discount of 20%, I commented a couple of times and never made de discount. read more

This place should be a case study on how not to run a business. The sink they had me brush in had something growing in the bottom. The staff and the doctor have horrible bedside manner and it was clear to me that once they figured out they couldn't upsell me on their services they had no interest in me. On my trip last week the hotels room service threw away my Invisalign retainers and the whole point in choosing them was because they were supposed to be able to scan my teeth instead of taking impressions but there was no scanning, just a mouthful of goo as I held a paper towel over my shirt to catch any of her excess slop. Why would you have the patient hold something for you? Get one of those employees to do your work for you or how about springing for a couple alligator clips and small chain like the rest of the dentist use? Go to a real orthodontist like where we took our son to Robinson's where they are overly nice to you and don't just say 'she will take your $350 at the front desk.' I feel sorry for the kids who have parents that would go to this place month after month. read more

So disappointed. Just signed on w them n dr is great but office lady is rude and condescending. Had emergency and got in 5 days later. For an urgent matter. That is unacceptable. While waiting a mom brought in her young son who needed a wire clipped as it was causing him pain. They said they couldn't fit him in till Friday which was 3 more days! The mom said can't you just quickly clip it? It's hurting him. Apparently they are overbooked. I've spoken with Lori 3 x. She is rude. HOWEVER since this was written, I've switched to the Ahwatukee office. Nice nice staff. I wince every time of that lady in Mesa. She is bad for business. I stil think of that little boy, about 9 years old, Asian, and he really looked in obvious pain. I think of my own son's brackets which came of for some reason immediatly on the way home after just getting the braces on! How on earth can you say we can't come in for 5 days! If this is the case, they are overbooking and need more doctors. read more

Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful, from the no nonsense Orthodontist, to the warm, friendly staff. BEST of the BEST! My teeth are looking amazing, I have had a great experience with Glauser-Williams Orthodontics. Their customer service is incredible, they are always there to answer any questions I may have, and always make sure i am 100% happy with my treatment and the way things are going! If i have ever broken a bracket, or have ever had a wire poking they get me right in, no matter what time. Dr. Glauser even goes down on his weekends to see "emergency" patients. Dr. Glauser is the best! All of my children have had him put their braces on. He pays attention to details and won't take the braces off until their teeth are perfect. The office is conveniently located next to the jr high school and high school so they could walk over for their appointments. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and very flexible when scheduling or having to reschedule appointments. The price for braces is very competitively priced as well.
