Updating my review and it is still an easy 5 stars. This might actually be my favorite breakfast ever. Like... anywhere. I don't say that lightly. The huevos arrancherados are my go to and they never disappoint. And the lavender latte is a must. It's so good that I can't imagine ordering anything else at this point. I wanted to try this place and I wanted to really like it but I didn't love it. The service was ok. Server was nice and attentive. The food took extra long time, but it was pretty busy that morning. The food was good. I got Nutella crepes, my mom had an omelette, my dad pancakes meal. One bad thing, there were so many flies ! My 5 year old son said it was annoying to keep swaddling them away. What a great recommendation from a friend! We were in the area ring errands and wanted to stop for a bite to eat. I got the omelette chilango and it did not disappoint. So much flavor, and it came out fast and our server took great care of us. The place has a really great outdoor vibe to it and a nice ocean breeze can be felt throughout since it's very open there. Very Boho and relaxing. We went on a Monday morning and we were able to find parking no problem. Got seated as soon as we walked in however food took very long after we ordered it. I need to spend more time in Rosarito and take at least a third of my meals at Roble. Everything is so beautiful and tasty. The young servers are knowledgable about the food, speak English or at least put up with my horrible Spanish, and happy people in general. You can see them behind the coffee bar trying drinks and dishes ans talking about them. Besides full meals, you can get coffee, beer, and pastries at Roble. The decor is modern and so is the presentation of the food. Many dishes feature chilaquiles or savory crepes, so if you like those you will be a fan. read more

Came here because the service and food was rated very good. However we noticed diners that were seated after us were receiving their food before us. After 30 minutes and calling the service to check on our food we finally received our food. The food on the other hand was amazing cheers to the back of the house for making the experience semi worth it. I hope to return later for evening drinks. I had the chilango omelette and there was nothing left on the plate when I was done (with the exception of the zucchini, which seemed to be there for color rather than breakfast.) My wife had the chilaquiles arrachera (very good) and the kids had banana pancakes (kinda weird texture, but delicious and with lots of fresh fruit on the side) and nutella french toast (which was so fantastically scrumptious that it could be a dessert!) I've been here a few times now and they have not let me down. I normally come here after a night of partying with friends kind of hungover. They have really filling breakfast options. I love that they have healthy options with omelets too, you can do all egg whites if you want as well. The fresh jugos are really good and refreshing! Especially after a night of drinking lol cleanse time is real. The juices are pure 100% juice! I've tried all the juices and they are all delicious so I recommend them all. It just depends on what your feeling. The breakfast croissant is freaaaaking bomb. I get that when I don't care about being healthy. When I do wanna be healthy I go for the omelet with all egg whites and no cheese. I'm trying to lay off cheese lol. The only thing I don't really like about this place is that there tends to be a lot of flies flying around but it's understandable because it's outdoor seating. This is a hidden gem in Rosarito! We came for brunch but before going to our table they had us disinfect in this box thing which spray disinfectant on you which was really cool and they don't have in LA. This place gave like boho vibes and had a tree planted right in the middle. Next door was a brewery which also looked pretty cool. Our server Eduardo was helpful in helping us decide what to get. I got a veggie omelette and the Mr got a chilaquile omelette which he was obsessing on. I was hungover so I asked Eduardo if we recommended any green juices which he did and it saved my life lol. There could be a wait to be seated if you have a party of more than 2. Once seated, Eduardo was our server and was extremely attentive. He took our order and BAM! Within minutes it was out. We asked the host why we were still waiting. He then decided it was okay now for us to move the tables together. After being there an hour and a half we were finally able to order. The food came out quickly, and very good. Unfortunately we decided to order dessert, which then took an hour to come out, even though the server had reassured us it would only take 8 minutes. Overall ordered the beet pancakes (3/5), ciabatta chilaquile sandwich (4/5), cajeta crepe (5/5) and chilaquiles poblanos (6/5). The chilaquiles were SO GOOOD! The second day we ordered be same chilaquile plate with a side order of chilaquiles (yes you can get a half order of chilaquiles on the side). We came around 9:30am and there was no wait either Saturday or Sunday. Around 11am when we left though there was a wait and plenty of people out in the patio. Restaurant is super cute and open. I like the yolks to be runny. But my mistake for not asking for my eggs the way I like them.
