They have every color, style and fountain that you can imagine. The sale section was limited but it was still cool to explore the property. There is a sweet garden cat that will happily say hello and hang out with you. They also have a number of succulents and some larger plants. I regrettably have to report that the indoor section of plants is not very good health wise. They had some unique species but almost everything had either spider mites or Thrips. That was an added touch. I hope he gets a raise because people like that are needed in this world.

A friend of mine had given me an indoor plant for my birthday last year and lasted me for a whole entire year and 3 months. It took the last breath and I went to them asking for help. I know that they're kind and knowledgeable in person, but I am blown away that they would be so kind and caring on a phone call! The level of professionalism, know-how and unparalleled customer service is such a rarity these days. It's like going back to an old-fashioned, small town country store -- but it's really an unusually courteous good group of people running an amazing nursery. It's well maintained in plants and people. I had a specific succulent I wanted to buy and called nine different nurseries before reaching Brandon on the phone at Standard. Instead of just telling me "no" like the others, he chatted with me...explaining how some succulents are created as a hybrid for one season and often are hard to find again. When I drove here, I was created by Anthony Gardner, a cheery, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful guy who showed real interest in my needs. And I wound up buying three plants for different areas in my garden. Two plants that I needed in multiple flats were sent to one of their many locations closer to me, so I didn't need make that long drive again. I visited their shop when I was failing the plants that I had gotten from them during my company's earth day event. The succulent had gotten mealy bugs, so Tansy kept the plant to treat it. The other one had gotten fungus gnats, so they re-potted it. They not only sell plants, but help nurse any plants you have back to health. They don't just have plants and supplies in their shop, they have lots of other non-plant items that are great as gifts. I also purchased a journal from them. They have a cute coffee cart and outdoor seating area in the front, and have different events they produce. Really building a community around their shop.
