Possibly this shop is meant for repair issues which they did get my electronics under control. I just felt like others could be spared expense for basic oil change. That hurts! Brought my car in for Winterization. I already had an engine block heater pre-installed on my new…read morevehicle and they still charged me for it. I was told by the very unpleasant receptionist that the owners no longer discount for items you already have installed. I questioned that because we had the same scenario when we brought my husbands brand new truck in and they did indeed discount the amount of the engine heater, I was told the owner no longer does that. I was told the owner also no longer offers a military discount on Winterization ( I was given a military discount at the end once I told them how unhappy I was with their service) If you make an appointment know that your car may or may not be done that day (my car was dropped off at 730am and not done until 5pm) another lady came to pick her car up and was told it wouldn't be done until Friday (she was very upset because no one ever said that to her) the receptionist was less than helpful to her and since the lady made a $2000 deposit she had no choice but to leave her car. The service has tanked in four years, rude service, overpriced. Go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

I've been going to sunshine Rae motors for about 30 years and they always did good work for me. so I recommended them to my daughter who had an obvious head gasket problem. After $1400 worth of work (replacing good parts) they gave it back and the problem wasn't fixed. So she took it back and after another day they said to take somewhere else because they don't know how to do the head gasket. A waste of time and money and Sunshine Rae is no longer reputable.
