I recently went to Rocci's Auto Collision for an estimate. Debbie was there to greet me and her professionalism is outstanding! Kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The quote was very fair and I decided to have the repair done there. Debbie said she would order the parts (new) and would contact me when they had them. I left a deposit and I am happy to say I received a call 2 days later. I set a time to drop off my car and with in 5 hours my car was done! Excellent job and so reasonable!! Absolutely shocked and appalled by the owners' aggressive behavior. As a caution to ANYONE, DON'T COME HERE as the owners are not reasonable. As a Uhaul customer, I was trying to drop off my one-way truck rental since I selected this exact dropoff location when I rented the truck... I assume the owner (Manuel Hernandez), first approached my dad, completely unprovoked chest out, threatening him with trespassing on his property, calling all Uhaul customers trash, and yelling about how much he hates them. Trying to mitigate the confusing situation, I immediately called another U-haul nearby to drop off my truck there instead of Rocci's. The women who answered the first U-haul location in Morgan Hill ALSO started yelling at me on the phone about trespassing! She then came out of the office to face us in person saying all vile things and to stop calling!! I tried explaining I found that number through googling 'Uhaul', but she wasn't having any of it. Eventually, we put some distance between one another and I called the regional Uhaul support line for some options; the woman on the phone profusely apologized for the experience since she also received the same treatment from Rocci's last week when she went to pick up their Uhaul equipment. Seems like Rocci's used to be a Uhaul until last week... what a ridiculous encounter, would not recommend Rocci's Auto Shop service obviously. read more

Three weeks ago I searched for a reliable Autobody shop near me to do repair work for our fav van, the driver's side door was a mess caused by other driver, I found Rocci's. Despite negative comments I thought of stopping by. Am the kind to go with my vibes n Sixth Sense. Never Regrets. The place was not like a Junk yard. It's huge, well organized and would be a safe lot for my car I thought. Then I met the front desk clerk Debbie. She was very professional, helpful and Knowledgeable and answered Direct to my questions I needed. I don't need friendly courtesy, Debbie was honest/ direct and with warm smiles. Some one I can "Trust". I chose AutoRepairRocci's. The waiting time for all new parts was estimated at 3 weeks . These people promptly arranged for a Rental Car company to pick me up on the day I dropped off our Van , right on time. The works they did was done sooner than I expected.Today I got our Van back and Very happy with their works. Am glad I listened to myself n took chances. Horrible horrible customer service. Rented a u-haul at this location. When I came to pick it up it would not start. The owner (male) came out to jump it. I asked him what happens if I take the unit and it doesn't start again. He then started yelling and cussing saying it's not his f*ing problem and do I want the u-haul or not! Visited this shop for an estimate. Gave the estimate to my insurance company. The insurance company sent a repair payment check to the shop. Rocci's cashed the insurance payment check without performing the repairs. The vehicle has not been repaired. The insurance company file indicates that payment was made to the shop and their file was closed after the shop cashed the check. Now the insurance company is trying to get the shop to return the money. BEWARE !!! Rocci kept the money without doing any work. May need to file a police report. read more

My front bumper was coming off and I was in need of a great body shop. I did yelp research and found 5 local to Morgan hill, after driving around and getting quotes, I decided to go with Rocci's for one big major reason: Debbie Hernandez the second generation owner of this body shop is not only friendly and knowledgeable, she has explained all my options of this bumper replacement and let me pick, for example, after market or OEM part, she laid out the pricing difference and the the potential problem with aftermarket is the fit may be slightly off. She was able to explain every single process of the work that needed to get done is plain English, I felt I was free to ask questions, that I was respected for wanting to know answers and that in no way I was taken advantage of because my expertise is not in cars. After asking how long the repair would take and I was calculating in my head when will I find a spot in my calendar to be able to work from home, I was pleasantly surprised that I can get a rental car on the spot and Debbie also quoted my rental expense right then and there-less than 20 dollars a day out of the door. Big bonus on no interruption of my daily life with so little cost. I am extremely happy being Rocci's customer, for the extremely high quality work and service I received, and would highly recommend this body shop to my loved ones. If you want to work with people who you can trust, take care of what needed to be done in the most efficient and effective manner, and truly want to be treated as a customer not just a cashcow. UHaul customer. Do not do business with these people. They are extremely rude, and unprofessional. The man who answered the phone, presumably Manuel Hernandez (owner), is a low-life individual who treats his customer with disrespect unprovoked right from the start. These people are shady and will nickel-and-dime you for bogus charges. Take a look at all the other reviews which have echoed the same thing. Sooner or later these people will go out of business. HORRENDOUS TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS. Just read down the list below to see the countless examples of their horrible behavior. The autobody shop and U-Haul are the same owners. These people are incredibly rude. The rent uHauls but are closed on the weekend so if you show up to pick up a uHaul truck on the weekend and there are any issues with mobile pick-up, you're out of luck. Because my reservation was entered incorrectly, I was unable to gain access to the truck on my move day. Left multiple voicemails still have not received a call back. Saw a guy inside, rattled the doors, he came out, calling me every name in the book, challenged me to a fight and threatened to call the police and tell them I was selling drugs on his property (filing a false police report is illegal, no?). He claimed to be the owner. I told him I was a customer and needed to be on the property to get the keys. He told me I was trespassing. Absolutely NOT the right way to treat a customer. Don't be fooled when Debbie responds the I'm a U-Haul customer as if I've left a bad review on the wrong page. They're the same people. Debbie was the one who I spoke with to schedule the truck rental. read more

Came here for a quote and the woman behind the desk made it seem like she was doing me a favor from the start. She was shaking her head and throwing out outrageous numbers in a rude manor the entire time. She then suggested I go to maaco as an attempted insult. I will not be back here and I wish I had read reviews before taking my vehicle here. Oh and I know, Debbie will respond to this review with something snarky...so she can go right ahead. I brought my vehicle here on Tuesday morning and my initial impression of this place was generally positive. Debbie looked at my car and "ordered" the part I needed from Chevrolet. Debbie said she was going to call me later on that same afternoon to let me know how long it would take to get the part for my car and she would also have a rental car waiting for me at 3:30 PM. I called her back at 1:00 PM that day and she seemed surprised to hear from me. She sounded rushed and stressed on the phone and told me that she didn't know when her mechanic staff would be able to work on my car because a few of them went home sick. She also hadn't ordered the rental car that she promised she was ordering...so basically she had done nothing for the last 5 hours. My main complaint is that they have a total lack of communication here. If I hadn't called her back that afternoon, I am almost positive that Debbie would not have called me and I would have been stranded with no vehicle. I also don't know how they could possibly be that short staffed...maybe because no one wants to work there. I would definitely never take my car back here...they cannot be trusted at all. The lack of professionalism and lack of communication are enough to keep me from coming back here. Edit: It took Debbie seven weeks to respond to my review with meaningless threats. Maybe she should put more effort into improving her business, rather than directing yelp users to irrelevant websites. The negative yelp reviews here are real reviews. I would have been a customer here if Debbie had actually attempted to assist me rather than sending all her employees home sick. read more

Well that was a waste of time went down there for them to tell me that they didn't want to quote me because they didn't think there "would be price competitive so basically wasted 30 minutes of my time and didn't even get an opportunity to see if they wanted my business. On top of that I had another car was similar damage that I was going to bring them that since they refuse my original business they missed out on that business too so they turned away over 1000 if not $1500 a business so just beware customer service is a little lacking read more

To prove how insulted and disappointed I am in Rocci's, this is the first review I've ever done. My insurance repair on my car took 3 weeks. I was never contacted during that whole time, and the worst experience I have ever had . The mechanic Insulted me, argued with me , and had the worst customer service I'd ever experience. I would never again put myself in that position. He yelled, told me to go back to the manufacturer, took no responsibility for the issue and treated me so dis respectively, it ruined the rest of my day. The whole experience was unbelievable! You've heard of chick magnets? Well, my cars have been dent magnets. When my Denali was almost brand new, another Realtor in my office backed into it and dented up the rear bumper. Another time, a few years ago, a young guy backed into my BMW X-5. I was lucky that both guys agreed to pay for the repairs out of pocket. They were afraid to tell their insurance companies I guess. The price was very fair (I got bids from several other shops) and the work was excellent. It was completed in three days and was ready on the day promised. After my first accident, I went through the wringer not knowing where to turn. First I started with a competitor but oh NOT so quickly I learned I picked the wrong shop. My only regret is not picking Rocci's to start with! I knew, however, that I had to switch shops in the midst of dealing with the insurance company. Not knowing what to do or how to do it, they helped me every step of the way. I got my car back and couldn't be happier with the quality of work. The final paperwork was in complete order and it was sooo wonderful to have a clean car. They definitely met my expectations. This place is costly like a dealership. I found the labor charges to be very high and time estimates to be long. At times, some of the charges are more than double than a dealer. I read good review and considered the place, but not different than most. Please be extra careful and do not get too careless. UPDATE: I contacted other repair shops else where and their pricing was much reasonable compared to Rocci's. So I never gave my car for fixing here. You might have a better experience. I have been contacted by someone at the repair shop and asked me nicely to reconsider my position. For that good way to ask, I am raising rating to 2 star (meaning, I have experienced better). read more

I am so happy with the quickness of getting my car fixed. I was expecting it to take at least 4 to 5 days for my car to be fixed. I wrote a review of this shop several months ago. Apparently, and I assume because it was a very negative review, it has been deleted. So...I've been a customer of Rocci's for approximately 20 years and never, until my last experience, had any major issues with the shop. That said, this most recent experience was terrible. My 2004 Expedition was parking lot bumped on the right rear bumper. Some deep scratches, flaking paint, and the back-up sensor pushed into the bumper. The back-up system stopped working immediately after the accident. Rocci's repaired the bumper adequately but DID NOT EVEN TEST the back-up system after the repair. Their tech only 'reseated' the sensor and reassembled the bumper. When I went to pick up the car, I asked if the back-up system was OK. I was told they didn't know because they didn't test it! Come on, people, that like saying your car looks good now, but since the engine was knocked off the mounts, we just remounted it but didn't start it up. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Long story short version...they will not repair the back-up system, even though the damage was a direct result of the accident. And State Farm insurance is taking their assessment of the damage and refusing the claim. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS SHOP!!! read more
