I recently had my repairs done at Rocci's and while the actual repair work seems to have been competently done (time will tell), the overall experience was horrible with poor communication, delays, and extra out of pocket expenses for me. First, I got quotes from two different shops and while Rocci's was higher, I decided to get my work done there because it sounded like they were being more thorough. Originally, the work was supposed to take 10 days and that is what my insurance company was willing to pay for based on the estimates. After I left my car, I did not hear back from Rocci's until I initiated a call to them on the day my vehicle was supposed to be ready only to be told they had not yet started the work because their staff were out sick. This caused me to scramble to extend my rental car agreement. Following there were several calls between the insurance company and Rocci's about who would pay for the additional car rental expense. The insurance company felt that Rocci's should work a minimum of 5 hours per day on my vehicle and based on the estimate from Rocci's, the work should have been done in the allotted 10 days. Rocci's however, believes they only should be expected to work on my vehicle 3.5 hours per day and so were only willing to partially reimburse for the additional rental expense and I was left holding the bag for the rest. I just had some work done due to a rear end collision. First of all, the customer service was outstanding. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The work was done promptly and fully to my satisfaction. I hope I never have to solicit an auto body shop again because that means I have been in an accident, but if I do, this will the first place I call. read more

I got my car repaired there and the service was horrible. The workers there act like they are certified when they really are not. I learn that the hard way. My car was there forever and the the short guy with black hair has an attitude problem, i mean get a good technichian and pay them what they are certified for and maybe your will get the job done right, and keep us customers happy. Never again will i recommend or refer any one to that body shop again. read more

This review is about the helpfulness of the staff at Rocci's collision. I stopped in for a little information. I was met by an extremely rude person, a man, who must have thought I was fishing for information that only he could provide. I have a 1970 Trans Am that I've owned for 38 years and was looking for a little paint touch up. Nothing big, stone chips, a little rust, you know, nothing serious. One of many classic cars in my collection. I was talking to my second cousin John Popylisen , who is a Snap On man with a last name that sounds Greek to me and is impossible for me to remember. He mentioned that he stops at Rocci's on Mondays. I thought, "Great, I can get my car estimated AND see John for a little tool warranty, since Snap On Tools are the greatest in the world", IMHO. So, since I'm a friendly, polite person, the way my Mother raised me to be, I started the conversation off with the lady behind the counter about something we both had in common. A Snap On man, a person we both knew. Before I was there more than 45 seconds, a small man comes rushing out of the office to assure me that they could be of no help to me. He assured me that no business could be done on his premises ,and if I couldn't remember John's last name, it would be a good time for me to leave So I did. All of this transpired in about three minutes. So in conclusion, they could have been doing work on all of my supercharged and classic muscle cars, but the reception I got when I first walked through the door was a real turn-off, so no, I don't think so, now. If I could award no stars, I would. I owned my Auto Repair business from 1983 to 2013, after which I retired. It's a hard business to be successful in. If I told you the name, you would probably recognize it.I know a little about customer service, and this wasn't it. I guess his mother should have raised him better. read more

I had my car repaired here after an accidnet and while the final repair was O.K., THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT. The repair took twice as long as estimated and I had to return my car two more times for additional repairs for parts that were still on order. The last time I went in to pick up my car, (which had to be left for the day), they had misplaced my keys. They had called me and told me my car was ready so I had a friend drop me off to pick up my car on my way to a appointment. When I arrived I waited 45 minutes while they tried to locate my keys, while not informing me of what was going on. Eventaually they found that a employee had them in his pocket and he had left work. I told them that I needed to be at an appointment acrossed town and could they give me a ride or lend me a car. They would not give me a ride or lend me a car and I ended up having to walk to my appointment acrossed town IN THE RAIN. I would not recommend this shop. read more
