Very disappointed with our experience tonight. I had tried their pizza previously at a friend's house and thought it was decent, so I decided to give them a try myself. We ordered three pizzas and spent $75. Unfortunately, two of the three were extremely soggy in the center and almost seemed undercooked. The toppings, particularly the sausage, were piled heavily in the middle of the pie instead of being distributed evenly, which I believe contributed to the problem. The only pizza that turned out half way decent was the white pie. For $75, I expected much better quality and consistency. Tonight's experience completely missed the mark. Such a lovely experience. Walked in from the nail shop next door and was immediately greeted. Ordered and received my food fresh within 15 minutes. I ordered pizza by the slice, which I love but is rare anywhere outside of New York. The pizza was fresh and tasted great. I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad which was so fresh! The meat balls were so hard it broke the fork I was using to eat. I did not even try to chew these they were so disgusting. Could not cut it with a knife without the knife slipping. Placed another order again and this time, there was a little bit of a snaffoo to my order which was placed online. Whoever entered the order was not paying attention to the notes I added and when I got there, they were apologetic and said they'd give me a discount the next time I order. That was a good way to rectify the situation and that was cool. The pizza was still delicious. The pie is very thin (18") but was loaded with lots of ingredients. I still like the flavors but my wife prefers it to be thicker... that was her only grip. For around $11, this absolutely delivered on flavor and texture. It was simple, savory, and honestly a steal for the price. I'd happily order this again without hesitation. --- Stuffed Meat Lover's Delight - Big Flavor, Bigger Crust Now onto the heavier hitter. First off -- props to the kitchen -- this came piping hot on delivery. The box was hot to the touch and everything inside looked great, including a bonus dipping sauce. The pizza itself? Loaded. Pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, ham -- it's not stingy on fillings. But all that weight made the crust soggy toward the base.
