This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant, they literally did nothing right. It was a bad experience from the moment we arrived. We were meeting a friend and we were waiting for her to arrive and decided to order a drink at the bar. There were maybe 5 people at the bar and 3 bartenders, I was standing next to a customer, who was getting their order filled. When the drink was payed for the bartender walked away without acknowledging me. I waited to be served by anyone, as a customer walks up to the spot that was just vacated next to me and gets helped immediately and I continue to stand there waiting. There were 3 other people who walked up to the bar and were helped, I gave up without getting anything. Our friend arrives and we get our table, in the outdoor area. We wait for no less than 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. My wife decides to get up and go find a server, who tells us he didn't know we were there , even though he had walked passed us repeatedly. We order everything at once and get our food fairly quickly, but the tacos I order came with 2 limes, one of which was extremely old and dry, there was not a drip of juice in it, the other had already been eaten. We only got 1 set of silverware, with 1 napkin for the he three of us to share, our server did not come back. I ordered their $16 tacos and got 2 small tacos and a spoon of black beans, my wife ordered a steak salad and did not get a steak knife to cut her uncut steak, she ended up using a butter knife from the 1 silverware set our table received. To get our bill we again had to get up and find our server, because he did not come back, no water refills, no checking on us, nothing. When he came back with the bill he tried to walk away, to which we immediately felt the need to stop him, because we did not trust him to come back. Long story short we left very disappointed and I was still hungry because their 2 tiny tacos for $16 did nothing to fill my stomach. If 0 stars was an option, that would be their grade. Worst restaurant experience of my life and I once got served food with a bug in it, this was far worse of a experience. read more

I dined here for the first time in 6/22 before a concert. Our service was excellent and the food was great. Came in tonight with my kids before a show and had less than satisfactory service. A large group that was seated after we ordered received their food and my party had not. When our order finally was delivered, part of our order was missing. Flagged the manager down and let him know. He was right on it and our missing item was delivered within 5 minutes. This will not keep me from coming back but am really disappointed with this visit. read more

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Service was impeccable. I said I didn't want a drink, cause I would drink from my water bottle, so no drink was on my table. I've been here a few times and have had a great experience all other times and i wish i could have had the same server as the last time, I had an awful experience this time! Our server, Zyra was rude and barely took care of us, felt super ignored the whole time like it was an inconvenience us being there. We will still return but definitely disappointed with the service. The server was very attentive and drinks came quickly from the bar. Plenty of beer on tap, local brews plus micro brews from the west coast. The menu had a great variety to choose from. They also offer gluten free pizza crust and gluten free bun or lettuce wrap options for the burgers and sandwiches. Tacos are available with corn tortillas for gluten free too. The menu has a good variety of foods from wings and fries to a nice salad. ordered the BLTA with a side salad. The sandwich was neatly stacked on a toasted roll with the bacon nice and crispy. Avocados were fresh and the aoli was a perfect pairing. The side salad consisted of iceberg chopped to a nice bite size, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers and croutons. Dressing was on the side. I ordered Blue Cheese and it had nice sized chunks of crumbled blue cheese in it. TV's have music videos playing, the music is not so loud that you cannot have a conversation; and the tables are spaced a comfortable distance away from each other! A tip would be to park on the south side of the casino and come in the south entrance as it's the closest to the restaurant. read more

If you go on a Friday & Saturday you would expect some wait time but not over 20 minutes for a drink! There were at least 4-5 bartenders around but would not come over to ask for your order. Others who came after us were served before we even got the chance to order. The bartender "Sabrina" gave us horrible service and attitude for simply asking a question.
