I expected that a restaurant in a casino would have good food. Rock & Brew was more than that. The trek from our hotel room to the restaurant was an adventure because it is not clear, from the outside, which door leads to the restaurant. Of course, none of the doors lead to the restaurant. You need to walk through, at least part of, the casino to get to the restaurant. We were seated immediately and shortly thereafter visited by a robot server. We tried to communicate with the robot; but, after a minute or so, it went away. We learned, later, that the robot is an experiment. Our waitress did not know anything about the experiment. The robot stops at our table every few minutes because it is programmed to stop there. It does not do anything. We joked that we might put our empty plates on the robot's tray. Our waitress told us that the empty plates would ride there for the rest of eternity. As for the reason to go to the restaurant. The service was casino relaxed. We were in no hurry. Everything thing arrived in due time. The food was very good and the drinks mixed just right. Rock & Brew is a good reason to visit the casino and spend the night in the hotel. read more

The management was very accommodating and the server, yes one server, named Lacey (5329) served all of us quickly and was a fun person to have waiting on us. Okay I've been here three times now- twice to the restaurant and once at the bar for lunch. First dinner experience was just okay. They sat us at a table right where the robot turns around so it gets really annoying because it looks like it's going to hit you then suddenly jerks the other way. The waitress was nice, but kinda slow. I got one of the burgers and it was good, but the huge burger was hard to work with. Since waitress took so long for everything I didn't even bother asking for a knife to cut it in half which was my fault. Small side salad was delicious and had lots of good stuff in it! Loved the ranch dressing as well. Pineapple jalapeño margarita was disappointing and watery. Second visit for dinner- waitress was super friendly and fast! I got a margarita flight and it's not worth the price in my opinion, but still fun. The blackberry sage margarita is the best! Nacho starter was decent. I had the demon chicken sandwich and it was delicious but I really expected more heat to it. Third visit- came here on a Thursday for the limited lunch menu at the bar and a drink. The tequila sunrise was awful. The menu really is limited but I had a side salad and a pizza. The salad is delicious and so is the ranch. Loved the pizza as well, but kinda pricey for the size. Overall I would return. They play good music and when you're in the restaurant there are so many things to look at. read more

I'm from out of town and my family wanted to take me out to eat. We were really excited about this place. The food and drinks looked really good. Upon arrival, we waited about five minutes to get seated. So far so good. However, we sat at our table for 30 minutes waiting for a server to acknowledge us. We watched as groups who came after us got their orders taken. I understand restaurants are understaffed right now but no one ever came to touch base with us. We left after we noticed workers huddled by the host staff chatting. We left feeling extremely disrespected and disappointed. read more

$30/person for a buffet style brunch is not reasonable. Bacon was under cooked, chicken and ham was dry, the cobbler was mediocre. The sausage links were good and I did like the potato bar but there wasn't a huge choice of toppings. I paid $10 for the mimosa pictured. I will definitely not come back. read more

Pleasant staff, overcooked and dry frys and fish. Not worth half the price, tarter sauce was gross and bottled so was the ranch. Fresh condiments makes the difference and takes little effort. Worst fish and chips ever! Next time I'll try the burger they looked more appealing. read more

We had a party of 30+ and we had outstanding service. Our server's name was Lacey. She was on top of her game! Usually I dread having dinner with a large party because service is usually not the greatest. Lacey made it seem like it was just my family and I having dinner. She made sure we never ran out of drinks and the food came out in time and all at once. The kitchen staff also deserves some kudos. Who ever is in charge of hospitality management and training definitely needs to recognize the hard work and dedication our server Lacey demonstrated. She definitely made your brand pop out. My wife and I had dinner at Rock And Brews at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort. I really wanted to go there to check it out. The waitress took our order and 10 minutes later the manager comes up and say the item that I chose was going to take a long time. I asked What's a long time. He went back to the kitchen and back asked. Then he came back and said 25 minute's and asked if I would like to change my order. He wanted me to choose something without seeing the menu. After I changed our orders took at least 30 minutes. my wife's chicken was cooked into what I would describe as shoe leather and my burger was on a brioche bun that was toasted so much that it would make a good door stop. The burger came with lettuce and tomato. I asked for onion being that most restaurants serve burgers with lettuce, onion, tomatoes and usually include a pickle. I was charged $1.95 for the onion. Then my wife ordered a glass of wine they substituted it for a more expensive brand and never asked. We spoke to the waitress and she said there was nothing they could do. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Also the robots they have carrying the used dishes almost ran over a group over people trying to leave. I guess when I saw tables with half the food left on plates that people had left should had been a heads up. read more

Wife and I had lunch there today. Lots of great food on the menu! I had the tri-tip soft tacos. Big tacos with lots of tri-tip, pickled red onions, avocado, pico de gallo. Came with a yummy black bean cup. Tri-tip was seasoned perfectly. Wife had the Maui-wowee pizza. Wood fired 10" pizza for one, but I helped her finish it. Very nice crust, lots of pepperoni, cheese, jalapeños and OMG, pineapple! Very tasty. The jalapeños were a bit too hot for me, but I just took them off after I had a couple. Service was fast and friendly. The music videos playing were fighting with the casino noise, so next time I'll ask for a table away from the entrance. But I highly recommend Rock N Brews! The first time we ate there we both had salads which were very good but the music was so loud we literally had to yell to hear each other. The second time, my husband had salmon that was so dry it looked like shoe leather and he had to ask for some butter just to be able to eat it. I had a rueben sandwich, ate less than half as it was so dry I couldn't eat it. It tasted horrible. The coleslaw on the sandwich had no juice what so ever. I wouldn't even take the rest of it home. Why? I would just throw it away. Our neighbors ate there, complained about the loud music also and said that their hamburgers were burnt and dry. I go here weekly lol. It's soooooo good. Ima a foodie so I love trying new places but the new restaurant is bomb. Asian wings with bone 10/10 for flavor. Onion rings are delicious. Nachos are huge portion, the sauce they put on it is good! Tritip sandwich was huge! Eggrolls are bomb especially with the chipotle sauce they have. Every portion is huge so be hungry! OMG! I decided to try this restaurant because I had heard awesome things about the food and service. I was not disappointed! I brought my very big family and had a variety of yummy dishes from burgers to tacos to sandwiches and more. We all loved the food! It was made how we ordered it and hot and fresh when we got it. Our server was the best! He was bright and personable. He used wonderful manners in speaking and food handling. He checked on our table at the perfect times and did an amazing job getting everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and orderly as well! I am going back again and again. Great atmosphere. Food was creative, enjoyable. Service was terrible from the start. Hostess was making some sort of note with a smelly marker on the back of a paper while we waited at her podium for her to seat us. Probably only 3 minutes but then she says "inspiration for coworkers!", grabs menus and finally seats us. 3 mins is no big deal, but there was the poor priority as she was just writing something she thought was funny. Anyhow, had a very nice waitress who was on the mature site. She only had 2 tables, and tho she served us and made sure we were okay, she somehow could not come back to our table. We were right by the kitchen door (poor spot considering the restaurant was 90% empty) and so many staff people passed us. We were obviously finished and had our plates pushed aside, but no team work. We finally stopped another wait person to ask for our check 15+ mins after we were done. So my complaint is that they need to have a big meeting and teach how to serve their customers. Would not go back because of this. read more

This is mine and my wife's first time here. Love the atmosphere love the food. Our server Naomi was quite possibly the best server I have ever encountered! My wife and I are over the road truck drivers and we have been to every restaurant and eatery known to man LOL she was very professional very helpful and her bubbly personality and attitude just topped it all off. If I was the owner of this establishment I would make Naomi manager! I believe she could teach the other waitresses and waiters here a thing or two about the proper way to conduct themselves with guests. Everybody here was friendly and helpful but Naomi was above and beyond. Naomi is the whole reason my wife and I will stop here in Corning next time we're through on the truck to eat.
