As I have an MSG allergy, I asked China House staff if they cook with MSG and if the buffet had MSG and they were very honest right away about it and said that yes, most of the food has MSG at the buffet. So what they recommended was that I order off the menu and they recommended certain items that would definitely not have msg. I did go by the buffet, and it was very clean, full of interesting options, and fresh and maintained. Because of my allergy, I adored the after the menu and I got General Tso's chicken.
