I placed a to-go order, and when I checked my transaction later, the tip had been changed without my permission. I called and spoke with the manager, Alice. She acknowledged that an employee had made a mistake and told me my account would be credited. That never happened. What bothers me most isn't just the extra charge--it's that the issue was acknowledged and still wasn't made right. It really makes me question the integrity of the staff and management. I hope the owner looks into this because customers should be able to trust that their payments won't be altered after they leave.
