The concept is build-your-own bowl, where you pile it high with noodles, veggies, and as much raw meat as you want for one price, then hand it off to be cooked. If you're squeamish about raw meat, the line might not be for you--but it's so worth it once it's cooked! Michelle explained everything really well, and you can even sample the sauces before adding them, plus there are tons of spices to customize your bowl. I loved that you can add a whole uncracked egg on the side for them to cook--such a cool touch. Another tip: on your little sheet write that you want your rice on the side. They also have a huge sushi menu, and we're already planning to go back to try the sashimi boat for two, which looks like a great deal. read more

Wide variety of ingredients, all of which looked and tasted fresh. We went with the classic bowls rather than building our own, to saved a couple bucks each. Service was kind and helpful, and they answered all of our questions. The atmosphere is very casual, so a great option if you're looking for a quick meal on the less pricey side. My only critique is about the amount of liquid at the bottom of my bowl by the end of my meal. It made everything a little wetter than I would've liked and kept the sauce from really sticking. A Difficult Update After Many Visits of Loyalty As a former restaurant owner, I understand better than most how hard it is to run a consistent, allergy‑safe kitchen. I also know how devastating it feels when a place you've trusted gets it wrong. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened on my most recent visit. We had been loyal guests for quite some time, and our last few meals were genuinely excellent. I always follow the same routine: I fill out the allergy alert card, place it clearly with my dish, and trust the kitchen to take it seriously. This time, something went very wrong. Whether the card was overlooked or the line simply got careless, my plate arrived visibly cross‑contaminated with ingredients from the very category listed on my allergy card. I didn't catch it immediately. It wasn't until after the first bite--when my lips started tingling like they were on fire--that I looked down and saw the problem. That moment of realization is something you don't forget. The manager handled the situation with sincerity and apologized right away. They offered to remake the dish, which I appreciated, but it took another twenty minutes. By the time it arrived, my friends had already finished their meals, and I was left eating alone while feeling anxious about whether the replacement was truly safe. Once trust is shaken like that, it's hard to settle back in. I'm genuinely disappointed to be writing this. We used to love this place, and I know mistakes happen--but for guests with allergies, mistakes aren't small. They're frightening. Right now, I'm hesitant to return, and that's not something I say lightly. I hope they take this as an opportunity to tighten their allergy protocols, because the food has always been good. We have been here several times and are thrilled to have a Mongolian grill in town. You are able to get in and out pretty quickly, dependent upon what you order. They have a full menu but are known for their grill items. If you choose to do the Mongolian grill, you will be given a small bowl that you pack with noodles, veggies, and spices of your choosing You build your own bowl and they essentially stir-fry your meat and veggie choices in the carb and sauces of your choice. At your table before heading up to the grill bar, you will choose white, brown, or fried rice for them to put at the bottom of your finished bowl. Note-if you want noodles, this is added by you in your uncooked bowl and takes up quite a bit of your space. Try to add these on the top, if there's not too much of a line. When there's no line, I like to put my proteins in the bowl first, lining the bottom with shrimp and making a wall around the sides with chicken and pork. I then load in all of my veggies and press them down as I go. If you want them to fry an egg, place it on your tray next to the bowl. I recommend 3-4 cups of sauces on the side for max flavor. I like Mongolian sauce, a mixture of teriyaki and general tso's, and a cup of chili oil and garlic mixture. I also sprinkle on top of my uncooked bowl: garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder, and a touch of fresh cilantro. We have also tried sushi, crab rangoons, and spring rolls. We would get only the spring rolls again. We do wish that they have a guide for sauce mixtures, as other Mongolian grills often have and I wish they offered noodles instead of rice as your carb base. Service is fast and efficient and the pricing is fair...especially because we always have leftovers, even with the smaller lunch bowl. read more

I decided to try both the sushi and the Mongolian BBQ. sushi was excellent quality, and while a bit more pricey than other places of similar quality, it was delicious. I found this place on social media and I was pretty impressed at the selection of meats, vegetables and spices. The staff was kind but I do wish there was a bit more direction because as a first timer, it was a bit confusing. I made my own bowl which ended up being around 2 pounds and at the dinner price per pound that was about $20. I was able to get in and out with a to go order in about 15 minutes. Overall it was pretty good, but I would say, go heavy on sauce. That was my only regret. I will definitely be back to dine in. This was a a unique and fun experience! read more

For sushi we ordered the #4 Aryana, #12 Jerry, #19 Hawaii, and #22 Sexy Lady. Highly recommend this combo together: the spiciness of the #22 from the sriracha & jalapeño paired with the sweetness of the #19 from the mango & sauce was a hit at our table. My only complaint would be the amount of sriracha on each piece of the role is overpowering and would be much more palatable with only half as much. I love the fact that you can go through and pick anything out on their bar and as much as you want including the meat options (you're not limited to just one or two choices) you can get as many as you want! They have seafood options as well as lots of vegetarian options on their bar. You go through the line and get whatever you want and as much as your bowl will hold, then you have lots of seasonings (spices) and lots of sauce choices to choose from. You select the ones you want and as much as you want. Then you hand them your bowl and they will cook your food and bring it to your table. The waitress gives you a paper slip to fill out prior to going up to the Hibachi bar. You can also order things from the menu if you don't want to go up to the bar. 1st time here. Got some sushi rolls and a couple of hibachi bowls. The food was pretty good. The server we had wasn't cheerful, but she could have had a stressful day. Just wasn't thrilled with how the food prep is with how are customers handling the raw meat. You have to put your raw meat on top of the rest of your ingredients and if customers have unlimited, there's no guarantee that they don't cross contaminate the vegetables or their tongs with raw meat bacteria. Just think it could be handed differently or even have customers use sanitizer first. read more
