My wife had septic E Coli in her bloodstream 2 days after eating in this place. That caused her to get appendicitis and a massive infection in her bloodstream and nearly died. We spent several nights in the hospital and she had to have emergency surgery. The mortality rate of septic ecoli is 30% so it's very very bad. We ate here 2 days before the ecoli hit her... The time it takes for ecoli to set in is 2 days.. Look up customer complaint leads to inspection in Sevierville parkway Sakura. This complaint was not made by me. I am furious. Be safe people. This place was great. The only part I didn't like is that they were not enforcing masks and so none of the customers were wearing one except for us. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi and it was so good. It also was about $10 which is significantly cheaper than in Virginia. read more

Came here for hibachi, and it didn't disappoint. The crab rangoon, sushi roll, spring rolls and hibachi were all great. Service is a little wonky, I just chalk that up to they are mostly doing call in orders during this time. And just haven't the resources for full dining and call in orders. Honestly though, the food is good, the prices are right you can't go wrong. And the portions are good as well. Better service would have rated this stop a five star review. Hidden gem! First visit was great and I plan to return. The prices were inexpensive for the amount and quality of the food. Ordered shrimp and scallop hibachi, 2 tuna rolls and an Alaskan roll with a soda and hot tea. Total was $33 and change. Service was fast and attentive with a very charming and helpful waiter. Finally some decent asian food in Seymour! I love the Hibachi grill items, Chicken and shrimp usually. Although, this is something of a chain, the menus changes a little from location to location. I noticed in Maryville you can get steak and chicken; I love that combo. Service is fine, facilities are good, its small and cozy. The food is not spicy, a little extra hot sauce on the side would be nice in fact. I have not tried the Sushi. For some reason my wife is not a big fan, we need an awesome vegetarian dish to turn her head. read more

Sakura is awesome! Excellent service and the server greets me by name EVERY single time I stop in. We go as often as we can and are never disappointed by the service and food. The sushi is easily the best around and as good as any of our big city favorites. It doesn't matter if we're ordering a couple rolls to share with the wifey or the huge boats of sushi and sashimi for a group, the food always comes out looking and tasting like a really great sushi place should. It's not a big restaurant but they always do a great job of seating our large group quickly and their servers all seem to work together to keep drinks full and get food from the sushi chefs to the tables in record time. The kids menu is unbelievably inexpensive too so it's a great place to take the kids for teriyaki chicken and fries or other similar non-sushi kid style entrees. Great Job Team Sakura! Have you ever wanted to wonder if the food you're eating is real? Me neither, but after eating at this sakura i pondered sending a sample of my steak off to a lab to get tested. However, the inside was nice and their coke was good. The maryville location was a much better experience and I wouldn't suggest this location for trying sakura. read more

This place is has horrible service. First of all to order online they charge you a convenience fee, which would be fine if going here were convenient. I have been here multiple times and it's always the same story. Today my order was supposed to be ready by 5, my husband waited another 20 minutes after 5 for the order. There were 2 tables in the whole place and yet still it took over 40 minutes for the order. They never have your food ready when it's supposed to be and dont seem to be apologetic about it.
