From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They were always available to answer questions and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. The park has an incredible variety of attractions for all ages. The zipline over the raptor area was a thrilling experience, and the obstacle courses provided a fun challenge. We also enjoyed the rock wall climbing, laser tag, and the arcade, which offered plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. There is truly something for everyone, whether you're a young child, a teenager, or an adult. The environment was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. It was easy to see that the park is designed with families in mind, allowing children to have fun while parents can relax knowing the facility is well maintained. The food was surprisingly great, with a good selection of options that made it convenient to spend the entire day without leaving the park. If you're planning a birthday celebration, Urban Air is an excellent choice. The birthday parties are an experience in themselves, and the staff does a fantastic job of making each celebration fun, organized, and memorable for both the birthday guest and everyone attending. A special shout-out goes to Manager Ray, Assistant Manager Carlton, Team Lead Phoenix, and Hostess Hope. They are fantastic with their guests and consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication are a big part of what makes this place run so smoothly. For example, the women's locker room is in the bottom floor, the main workout area is split into two floors- the lower level is strength training and weights, the upper level is cardio machines. It's not fancy, not brand new and shiny, but it gets the job done. There are small lockers in the upper workout area to store your jacket or purse. There are only two (2) things that really bother me about this particular Y. - There are only four (4) elliptical machines. That's it. So there's a wait sometimes. -The front desk attendants aren't particularly friendly. I've gotten some comments about the fact that I don't belong to this particular Y, never gotten a smile or a "hello" upon entering the building, and when I've asked for help finding places within the building, the attendant acted as though I was stupid and that helping me was not her job. A nicer front desk would go far to making this a Y that I would recommend to others. But right now, go if you have to, if it's convenient, and only if you don't mind mediocre customer service at best.

Cabral Park is one of those Providence places that I have a bit of a soft spot for. I used to bring…read moremy nephews here when they were younger, and some of my memories of the park come from those days. It was always an easy place to bring kids when you wanted them to run around, burn off some energy, and spend a little time outside without having to make a whole production out of it. The park has definitely seen better days, though. There is a lot to like about the location and what the park can offer, but parts of it have looked worn and in need of some attention for quite a while. That's why I'm encouraged by the improvements and renovation work that have started to take shape. Providence has been putting more attention into improving its neighborhood parks, and Cabral Park is a place where that investment makes sense. What I like about neighborhood parks like this is that they don't need to be some elaborate destination. They serve the people who live nearby. Kids need somewhere to play, families need somewhere to get outside, and neighborhoods benefit enormously from having accessible green space. Cabral Park has that basic value, even when the facilities themselves could use some TLC. I have to admit that seeing improvements happening here gives me a little bit of nostalgia. I remember bringing my nephews here and watching them run around, and now I'm seeing the park enter another chapter. That's the nice thing about public spaces. They change, they get worn down, they get renovated, and eventually a new generation of kids comes along and makes their own memories there. I'm giving Cabral Park four stars because I think it has plenty of potential, but it still needs some investment and continued maintenance to really reach it. I'm hopeful that the current renovation work is the beginning of a larger transformation rather than a one-and-done effort. If Providence follows through, this could become an even better neighborhood park for the families who use it. For me, though, the place already has some history. I spent time here with my nephews years ago, and I'm glad to see the city giving the park some attention. I'll be interested to come back and see what it looks like once the work is finished.

While the course and games may be a little dated, it is still a fun experience and way to spend a few hours out of the house. Arcade has ticket and non ticket game for prizes at the counter pre or post game if you choose to partake. Not overly scary for little ones, there are a few of the props that do move. The food was not very good, and the skis were not great. For what we paid we could have spent the day on Killington mountain. However, I was glad that we went because my son did learn to ski here and he was a naturally good skier, so good he went down their black diamonds, I started skiing in my 20s and I also learned here however I'm still afraid to go down a black diamond, even a Yawgoo Valley black diamond!

At no point during check-in did the staff inform us that the facility's restrooms were inoperable due to a sewage-related issue. After entering, I learned that guests were expected to use the restroom at Marshall's next door, which was hand written paper posted on their bathroom doors. We went over to Marshalls as directed and this was especially concerning because the facility had also admitted a camp group of more than 20 children, who were waiting in line at Marshalls that was almost 20 children to use a two-stall restrooms. Despite the lack of working restroom facilities onsite, Kids Empire staff continued allowing additional families and guests to enter without clearly disclosing the situation beforehand. I was told by a staff member I could use the restroom and Roto-Rooter was just finishing up in the women's room. I opened the door to find sewage water in the women's restroom. The staff seemed unconcerned. Had I been informed before using our Return Pass, I would not have entered the facility that afternoon. Access to a safe and functioning restroom is a basic necessity, particularly in a children's play facility serving young children and large camp groups. I was contemplating calling the Rhode Island Department of Health. Once I became aware that the restrooms were not operational, I asked a staff member to provide another Return Pass so that my son and I could return on a day when the facility was fully functional. My request was refused.

Only $5 and if you buy 20 of them you get a discounted price. The instructors are amazing but Nellie is absolutely phenomenal! Her energy. Her personality. She is an amazing instructor. They also have yoga, Pilates etc. all on their website. You don't need to live in Bristol to join either. Right in the beginning of Colt state park I'm so grateful I found this place. It's my therapy! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
