I honestly don't see the negative reviews and rating. We have lived nearby and used the monthly unlimited pass for over the past year. Zero issues, attendants have always been very nice and friendly. I went to my regular car wash today which is Mister on Eagle & Executive, and they were closed due to mechanical issues. So i went to Rocket on Fairview, the people that greeted me were friendly, and the first thing i noticed was the regular wash was a dollar more which is not a deal breaker. After the wash i drove down the street to blow the excess water off. When i got out to wipe off my truck, i noticed the wheels were still dirty, the rear bumper was dirty, and there was a lot of excess water. This was the first time using Rocket, and i was disappointed with the wash. I have been going to Mister for years, and have always been happy. I'll admit, I don't wash my car as much as I should (maybe every 3 month). So when I do bring it through the car wash it is DIRTY. A lot of car washes I've been to never really get my car clean. It seems they just get it wet and can't even dry it. But not at Rocket Express. My car is filthy and with a $10 wash it's practically spotless. They almost always have someone working at the kiosk that will take your money and set up the correct wash. Personally I love this because I have the shortest arms, I can never reach anything outside my window. The car wash itself is long, to ensure a clean and thorough wash. The drying is the best part. This car wash has the longest drying section out of all that I have been to. It actually dries my car! I'm planning on getting the $20/month so I can wash my car more! read more

I was going to J's Car wash on Chinden because I have convertible black Camaro. I read the info on the Rocket website and decided to change to their business. A few months ago my husband bought me a $99 buff and wax at J's shortly before my Mom died and then it was no longer convenient for me to go to Chinden. For three times I went through Rocket. I park my car in the garage so I didn't notice any damage. One day I was outside and saw numerous scratch marks all the way down my car. This could have only come from the Rocket whacker things. I sent a message via their contact page but didn't hear anything back. Once my husband saw the damage to my car he canceled his monthly program also since he had recently had a new paint job on the pickup. I sent an email to the VP who asked me to come show them the damage. I explained that I had waited a few weeks to hear back from them when I did "contact us" on their website. He said they had no record that I had contacted them. When I got the email today I said I took my car back to J's to fix the damage so I can't show them anymore. I'm not sure if the machines will damage any car but I am sure about black cars. Please be careful. read more

I've been paying monthly automatically charge to my credit card for a few years now for an unlimited membership. All of a sudden one day recently the member pass would not work! Office people kept asking if I had changed debit or credit cards / answer, NO, NO and NO. Finally it came out they just wanted to charge me more for a new unlimited membership !!!. I am sort of surprised by the mid to low grade rating for this place. It's no more expensive (I always go with the $10.00) than the gas station car washes and you get a free vacuum, free mat washing (unlimited) and they supply hand towels for excess water, inside wipe down, etc. I think it's a great bargain for the price. It's an extremely clean location, I have never encountered anything down or out of order. There are tons of stalls so you don't feel cramped while vacuuming and doing the final touches. I have never encountered an unfriendly employee. This location is easy to access and easy to drive about inside the location. Overall great for the times I have visited. read more

I desperately needed a car wash and instead of going to my usual spot, I thought I would give Rocket Express a try since it was on the way home. When I arrived, I see that there are four lanes to be able to enter the car wash. Two of those are unlimited members only and two are single purchasers. One of those two lanes was shut down. I didn't have to wait long to enter and was promptly greeted by someone with a friendly smile. I got into the wash and was utterly concerned by how loud the brushes were on the car and how rough the car wash was during the process. I had read other reviews about how damage was done to the car because of this and luckily that was not the case for my car. I most likely will not go back due to this. The brushes should be gentle on the car and not sound like you're going to leave with some sort of scratch or dent. read more

After being on the road for 320 miles and 5 hours, the bugs spatter was pretty bad on the front of my car. Plus because I have a Jeep it's always tricky to clean around the rear tire. I did the $10 wash and when I got out to do a quick little wipe-down, I discovered one of the best drive-through experiences ever (it was even clean around the rear tire, as well as all of the rims)! Visited on Saturday. I left with a scratch that travelled the length of my car and patches of road grime that were not washed off. Unfortunately we did not keep a receipt, and found the damage after we left the premises. After reading other reviews, I have no doubt the damage will be denied by the company. I wish I would have checked reviews before I visited. While we were at the vacuums, the car next to us lost a floor mat in the mat washer and the driver had to go search for an attendant. Attendants were unfriendly, car wash wasn't particularly effective and the mat cleaners were not labeled well either directionally or with usage instructions (it took me several moments to figure out how to use them, and I'm still unsure if I did it right as the mats were not a ton cleaner). I couldn't find an employee who could help me use them. In all, I'm generally more satisfied with the service and product at Mister or the prices at Costco (Rocket's prices are quite high). I use this car wash 3 times a week between my two cars. There has always been great work done. I pay the monthly fee and take advantage of it for unlimited washing. Ive read the reviews and thankfully in my 20 plus times of coming here have always had a good experience. Ive read other reviews and I must say that if you honk the system will stop and thats clearly visible. It's a Car wash... If you have loose things they will call off. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for over a year paying the monthly rates. We have never had any problems until a couple of weeks ago. My husband took his truck through the wash and when he was drying it he saw that there was damage on the right side of his hood. He has only had the truck a month and it was perfect. He talked to someone there and they insisted it didn't happen there. No report was taken at the time. Two days later I take my car there and when I was drying it I saw that there were scratches in the back and some around the side. My car did not have any scratches before that. I reported it and they took a report. My husband returned with his truck and had them fill out a report. One of our friends told us the same thing happened to him a few weeks before. My husband went to the auto parts store to get something to fix it. They said that he was the 5th person this month with the same story. The manager called us and flatly denied that it happened at the car wash. In fact he was very rude almost belligerent. Did not apologize or offer any fix. Very poor customer service. I went through the wash and vacuumed and dried my vehicle for about 20 minutes. As I was leaving, I noticed a spot that I missed with the vacuum. So I turned around and returned to the vacuum. Then a young man walks up and tells me I need to pay for a wash. You might want to think about what to tell your people to say that isn't so confrontational. If you are looking to improve the esthetics of you vehicle by adding some damage, this is you car wash! I was a long time member of epic shine and made the mistake of giving these guys a try. Huge mistake! Went through the wash for the first time and walked out to see the antenna bent to the side and a dent in the fender. When it dented the fender it cracked the paint! This is a 2018 65,000 dollar truck. When I talked to the manager he proceeded to tell me that because it was a different antenna than stock (I put a small antenna on my vehicle in order to avoid damage while going through the Carwash) they would not pay for any damage. What a joke! I have called there corporate office and can't get a call back. I have called the manager again at the Linder location and can't get a call back. Stay away! Terrible experience! I will NEVER use this car wash again! I just bought a new car & went to Rocket Express after receiving a gift card for Christmas. The automatic brushes are so strong it broke the rock/bug shield off on the drivers side. When I spoke to the manager on duty he didn't even apologize. Instead he explained they have a long list of items they are not responsible for and it's not their policy to compensate for damages. Never once did he apologize or act like he even cared! I went to the Rocket car wash to get my Truck clean. It wasn't very dirty at all. I had to go through the wash twice because it didn't get cleaned even the attendant noticed it wasn't cleaned. Second time through It still wasn't cleaned I had multiple shores to run so I couldn't keep playing the game when they should have gotten it clean to start with. Then after one of my stops we noticed tons of scratches on my hood and on the side of the truck that were not there prior to the wash. I called the phone number listed 3 times left two messages and still no answer. I know they are open because I was just there. So I did take pictures that if I can post them I would. As my friend and I were going through the car wash, the wash took off the window trim of the car. We didn't notice it until we got home. As we came back to ask about the window trim, rocket express told us they threw the window trim in the trash. Will not go back, will not recommend to anyone. read more

The person who sprayed my car before the wash only sprayed the driver's side. Then, going through the wash a few of the brushes didn't even touch my car on the passenger side. The brushes that did work hit my side mirrors hard enough to push them closed, then the blower pushed them back out. The car in front of me got the gas tank door pulled open. The "tire shine" left a sloppy, oily mess instead of the clean shine I've seen from other washes. A couple days later the oil had collected dust, so now my wheels are a mess of splotchy dirt.
